Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 保護ガス等によって溶解部の酸化を防止し且つ銅製支持部を介して溶接領 域を冷却しながら、電極に電流を印加して継ぎ目を溶解することによって、埋め 金を用いること無く重ねられた複数の薄板状シートの環状穴部の周囲を溶接する 方法であって、 溶接すべき環状穴部の周囲に配置され、熱応力に起因した変化や溶解した金属 の撓みを防止し且つ溶接時に発生する熱を溶接領域外へ導く銅製等の複数の環状 支持部によって、溶接すべき複数の薄板シートを互いに加圧することを特徴とす る方法。 2. 複数の薄板状シートを溶接するための方法に用いる溶接装置であって、溶 接装置(1)と、溶接ジグ(7)と、回転式溶接ヘッド(10)と、ガス手段と 、電源とを備えており、シリンダ(18)等によって制御されるシーム溶接用の 冷却器(11)は、その下面に取り付けられた銅製リング(33)を有する二重 外被シリンダであり、冷却器(11)の二重外被の内側には、冷却材や冷却液等 が循環し、冷却器(11)は、銅製リング(33),(32)用のクランプとし て機能することを特徴とする溶接装置。 3. 溶接すべき複数の薄板状シート(34),(35)に直交した垂直位置に 電極(23)を調整するように、クランプ(31)によって垂直方向に調整可能 な回転式円板状部材(25)は、電極(23)を回転させる軸(15)の下端に 取り付けられており、溶接中において、円板状部材(25)は、ガイド(9)の 凹所(30)の底及び壁に支持され、ガイド(9)は、溶接ジグ(7)の穴(2 7)の底及び壁に支持されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の溶接装 置。 4. 軸(15)は、溶接ヘッド(10)用の回転部材として且つ保護ガス用の 導入管として機能することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の溶接装置。 5. 継ぎ目から電極(23)までの距離は、ネジ(24)によって調整され、 ノズル(22)は、半径方向に調整可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2 項に記載の溶接装置。 6. ガイド(9)は、溶接中において溶接ジグ(7)の内側に下降し、且つ、 バネ(28)によって初期位置まで上昇するように構成されていることを特徴と する請求の範囲第2項に記載の溶接装置。
