Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.プロセス制御ループから電力を受け入れるバルブポジショナであって、 前記ループに結合されて所望のバルブ位置を受け入れるインタフェース回路と 、 バルブに結合され、コマンド出力に応答して該バルブを位置決めするアクチュ エータと、 デジタル制御信号を計算するためのマイクロプロセッサと、 前記アナログ回路で実行される制御方程式の関数としての所望のバルブ位置に 応答して、前記アクチュエータに前記コマンド出力を供給するアナログ回路とを 具備し、 前記制御方程式はデジタル制御信号の関数であるバルブポジショナ。 2.前記制御方程式はPID方程式であってその形式は、 コマンド出力=P・e(t)+I∫e(t)dt +D・de(t)/dt+C0であり、 ここで、e(t)は所望のバルブ位置と現在のバルブ位置との差、tは時間、 C0は所望の制御(コマンド)出力である請求項1記載のバルブポジショナ。 3.前記アナログ回路は前記デジタル制御信号に応答し、予め選択された電気回 路素子に前記アナログ回路を選択的に結合するためのスイッチを含んでいる請求 項1記載のバルブポジショナ。 4.前記デジタル制御信号を保持するため前記マイクロプロセッサに結合された ラッチを含み、前記マイクロプロセッサは更新されたデジタル制御信号を周期的 に出力して前記ラッチを作動させ、前記更新されたデジタル制御信号を保持する 請求項1記載のバルブポジショナ。 5.バルブ動作の動作パラメータを感知して前記アナログ回路にフィードバック するセンサを含む請求項1記載のバルブポジショナ。 6.前記制御ループに接続され、当該バルブポジショナ内の第1回路に給電する ための第1の調整された電圧出力を供給する第1電源と、 前記制御ループおよび前記第1電源に接続され、当該バルブポジショナ内の第 2回路に給電するための第2の調整された電圧出力を供給する第2電源とを具備 した電源回路を含む請求項1記載のバルブポジショナ。 7.プロセス制御ループ内で使用されるバルブポジショナであって、 所望のバルブ位置および当該バルブポジショナを動作させるための電力を前記 ループから受け入れるため、該ループに結合するように適合されたインタフェー スと、 コマンド出力に応答してバルブを位置決めするように適合されたアクチュエー タと、 PID制御方程式中の少なくとも1つの定数の値を計算するためのマイクロプ ロセッサ回路と、 マイクロプロセッサから供給されたPID定数によって形成されたPID制御 方程式に基づいて、前記コマンド出力を前記アクチュエータに供給するアナログ PID制御回路とを具備したバルブポジショナ。 8.前記PID方程式の形式は、 コマンド出力=P・e(t)+I∫e(t)dt +D・de(t)/dt+C0であり、 ここで、e(t)は所望のバルブ位置と現在のバルブ位置との差、tは時間、 C0は所望の制御(コマンド)出力である請求項7記載のバルブポジショナ。 9.マイクロプロセッサから供給されるPID定数に応答し、予め選択された電 気回路素子に前記アナログPID制御回路を選択的に結合するためのスイッチを 含んでいる請求項7記載のバルブポジショナ。 10.前記PID定数を保持するように前記マイクロプロセッサに結合されたラ ッチを含み、前記マイクロプロセッサは該ラッチに保持されている更新されたP ID定数を周期的に出力する請求項7記載のバルブポジショナ。 11.バルブ動作の動作パラメータを感知して前記アナログPID制御回路にフ ィードバックするセンサを含む請求項7記載のバルブポジショナ。 12.前記制御ループに接続され、当該バルブポジショナ内の第1 回路を付勢するための第1の調整された電圧出力を供給する第1電源と、 前記制御ループおよび前記第1電源に接続され、当該バルブポジショナ内の第 2回路を付勢するための第2の調整された電圧出力を供給する第2電源とを具備 した電源回路を含む請求項7記載のバルブポジショナ。
