Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a) 20〜45wt%の粉末化されたバインダー混合物、 b) 80〜55wt%の有機繊維および(または)無機繊維 を含有し、上記の粉末化されたバインダー混合物が a1) 30〜90wt%のフェノール樹脂と a2) 70〜10wt%の粉末コーティングの廃棄物 とを含有することを特徴とする、繊維マットから成形物品を製造するための混 合物。 2.添加剤および補助剤をさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の混合 物。 3.粉末コーティングの廃棄物が、エポキシド、ポリエステル、ポリウレタンお よび(または)アクリレート樹脂をベースとする反応性粉末コーティングである ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の混合物。 4.1:0.2〜1:7の比にあるエポキシド樹脂とポリエステル樹脂とが粉末コ ーティングの廃棄物として使用される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の 混合物。 5.添加剤として少なくとも一つの難燃剤が添加される請求項1から4のいずれ か1項に記載の混合物。 6.請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の混合物を成形しそして部分的にまた は完全に硬化することにより得られる成形物品。 7.繊維マットから成形物品を製造するためにラッカー塗装の廃棄物を使用する こと。 8.繊維マットを結合するためにラッカー塗装の廃棄物を使用すること。
