Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.重量%で表わされる下記組成: 炭素 1.1ないし2.0% マンガン 0.5ないし3.5% クロム 1.0ないし4.0% 珪素 0.6ないし1.2% 及び通常含有率で不純物を含む鉄 から成り、主として非平衡微細パーライトで構成された金属組織構造を呈し、硬 度が47Rcないし54Rcであることを特徴とする高炭素合金鋼。 2.炭素含有率が、1.2ないし2.0%であることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項に記載の鋼。 3.炭素含有率が、1.3ないし1.7%であることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項または第2項に記載の鋼。 4.炭素含有率が、1.5%程度であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3 項のいずれかに記載の鋼。 5.鋳造後、所与の組成の合金鋼を900℃以上の温度から約500℃の温度 まで0.3ないし1.90℃/sの速度で冷却することによって鋼に主として非 平衡微細パーライトからなる前記金属組織構造を与え、硬度が47Rcないし5 4Rcとなるように熱処理することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれ かに記載の鋼の製法。 6.鋳造が摩耗部品、特に粉砕媒体を直接成形することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第5項に記載の製法。 7.鋳型から未だ高温の鋳造物を抽出し、鋳造物の質量及び型からの抽出に続 く冷却の速度に化学的組成を順応させることによってパーライト構造を得ること を特徴とする請求の範囲第 6項に記載の製法。 8.摩耗部品を得ることを目的とした請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれかに記載 の合金鋼の利用。 9.合金組成が 炭素 1.5%程度 マンガン 1.5ないし3.0% クロム 3.0% 珪素 0.8% である請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれかに記載の合金鋼の、直径が約100mm の粉砕球を得ることを目的とする利用。 10.合金組成が 炭素 1.5%程度 マンガン 0.8%ないし1.5%程度 クロム 3.0%程度 珪素 0.8%程度 である請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれかに記載の合金鋼の、直径が約70mmの 粉砕球を得ることを目的とする利用。
