Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関のラジアル滑り軸受用の軸受シェル、特に軸受下方シェルであって 、その外側プロフィルが半径raの円弧の形状を有しかつ軸受壁厚が頂点から周 方向に分離面に向かって増大している軸受シェルにおいて、 内側プロフィルが半軸aiおよびbiを有する半楕円の形状を有し、その際長い 半軸aiは軸受下方シェル(9)の頂点(19)を通って延びていることを特徴とする軸 受シェル。 2.軸受シェル(9)の支持材料(22)が円周にわたって一定の厚さを有しかつ支持 材料(22)に取りつけられた軸受材料(23)が異なる厚さを有することを特徴とする 請求の範囲1の軸受シェル。 3.20mmから1000mmまでの軸受外径において、頂点(19)でおよび分離面(11)の範 囲で壁厚の差が0.1mmまでになることを特徴とする請求の範囲1または2による 軸受シェル。 4.内燃機関の支承部用の、特に大きさと方向が一定のサイクルで変化する軸受 負荷を生ずるクランク軸を支承するための軸受上方シェルおよび軸受下方シェル を有しかつ軸受キャップを備えている軸受本体に組み込まれたラジアル滑り軸受 であって、軸受下方シェルの壁厚が頂点から円周に沿って分離面に向かって増大 しかつ軸受下方シェルの内側プロフィルが半径riの円弧の形状を有するラジア ル滑り軸受において、 軸受下方シェル(9)の外側プロフィルが半軸aaとbaの半楕円の形状を有し、 その際短い半軸baが軸受下方シェル(9)の頂点(19)を通って延びていることを特 徴とするラジアル滑り軸受。 5.軸受上方シェル(8)の外径および軸受下方シェル(9)の内径の中心が一致する ことを特徴とする請求項4のラジアル滑り軸受。 6.軸受壁厚が軸受上方シェルと軸受下方シェル(8,9)における分離面(11)の範 囲で同じ大きさであることを特徴とする請求の範囲4または5のラジアル滑り軸 受。 7.軸受孔(13)には、軸受上方シェル(8)の頂点(18)の壁厚が分離面(11)の範囲 の壁厚より厚いようにレモン状の孔が層をなして重ねられていることを特徴と する請求の範囲4から6までのうちの一つによるラジアル滑り軸受。 8.軸受シェル(8,9)にスラストフランジが設けられていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲4から7までのうちの一つによるラジアル滑り軸受。
