Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.圧縮制動装置と、制動中に充填度を変える装置と、圧縮制動装置及び充填度 を変える装置を作動させる運転手作動手段とを備えた自動車の内燃機関における エンジン制動力を調節する装置において、上記運転手作動手段(15)は、運転 手が該手段を介して車両減速のための指令値を送り且つそれに接続されたセンサ ーを介して充填度や回転数等のエンジンデータと車速やアクセル位置やクラッチ ペダル位置等の車両データとが送られる制御ユニット(14)に接続されており 、また上記制御ユニットは、減速のために設定された指令値をその実際値と比較 し且つ上記差及びアクセル位置又はクラッチペダル位置の関数として充填度を設 定するための信号を発信するために設けられていることを特徴とする自動車の内 燃機関におけるエンジン制動力を調節する装置。 2.圧縮制動装置と充填度を変える装置とを作動させる上記運転手作動手段は、 クルーズコントロール装置(15)に統合されていることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の装置。 3.クルーズコントロール(15)は、複数の運転手選択可能なレベルの一つで ある減速レベルを表している信号を上記制御ユニット(14)に与えられるよう に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。 4.上記充填度を変える装置は、無限に設定変更できるダンパーを備えた排圧ガ バナー(10)であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の 装置。 5.上記充填度を変える装置は、形態を変えられるターボユニット(3)である ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 6.上記充填度を変える装置は、各種の充填度レベルに設定されるウエイスゲー ト付きターボユニット(3)であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか 1つに記載の装置。 7.上記制御ユニット(14)は、マイクロコンピュータであることを特徴とす る請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 8.上記制御ユニット(14)は、ABSブレーキが作動されると、圧縮制動装 置(8)をオフにする信号を送るために設けられていることを特徴とする請求項 1から7のいずれか1つに記載のABSブレーキ付き車両における装置。
