Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 開始剤、分散剤および連鎖移動剤存在下の水系分散重合で製造された低 い溶融粘度を示すフルオロカーボンポリマーと本質的にフルオロカーボンでない 熱安定性ポリマーを含む剥離コーティングを有する基質から製品を製造する方法 であって、上記コーティングはチョーキングを起こす結果として製造装置上にワ ックス状堆積物が生じ、ここでの改良が、上記コーティングが起こすチョーキン グを本質的になくすように、(i)炭化水素カルボン酸、それの塩、エステルお よび過酸化物、(ii)炭化水素スルホン酸、それの塩およびエステル、(ii i)アルカノールおよびそれのエステル、(iv)ケトン類、および(v)炭素 −水素結合を有していて上記分散剤としても働くフルオロ界面活性剤、から成る 群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤を有効量で存在させて水系分散重合を 実施して上記フルオロカーボンポリマーを製造することを含む方法。 2. 請求の範囲第1項の方法であって、上記添加剤が炭化水素カルボン酸ま たはそれの過酸化物である方法。 3. 請求の範囲第1項の方法であって、上記基質が奇麗で下塗りされていな い金属コイルである方法。 4. 請求の範囲第1項の改良剥離コーティングで被覆された基質。 5. 該ポリマー類の互いに関する比率が重量を基準にして1:9から9:1 の範囲である請求の範囲第4項の基質。 6. 上記コーティングがまた顔料および充填材も含有する請求の範囲第4項 の基質。 7. 本質的にチョーキングを起こさない剥離コーティングを基質上 に生じさせるためのコーティング組成物であって、上記チョーキングを起こさせ ないように(i)炭化水素カルボン酸、それの塩、エステルおよび過酸化物、( ii)炭化水素スルホン酸、それの塩およびエステル、(iii)アルカノール およびそれのエステル、(iv)ケトン類、および(v)炭素−水素結合を有す るフルオロ界面活性剤、から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤を有 効量で存在させそして開始剤および連鎖移動剤を存在させて水系分散重合で製造 した低分子量のフルオロカーボンポリマーと本質的にフルオロカーボンでない熱 安定性ポリマーが中に分散している有機液体を含むコーティング組成物。 8. 上記フルオロカーボンポリマーがテトラフルオロエチレンポリマーであ りそして372℃で50から1X105Pa・sの溶融粘度を示す請求の範囲第 7項のコーティング組成物。 9. 上記溶融粘度が372℃で5X102から5X104Pa・sである請求 の範囲第8項のコーティング組成物。 10. 上記フルオロカーボンでないポリマーが少なくとも140℃の持続使 用温度を有する請求の範囲第7項のコーティング組成物。 11. 乾燥させて融着させた請求の範囲第7項のコーティング組成物。 12. 開始剤、分散剤および連鎖移動剤存在下の水系媒体中でテトラフルオ ロエチレンと任意の追加的コモノマーを重合させて上記追加的コモノマーを0. 5モル%以下の量で含有するテトラフルオロエチレンポリマーの水系分散液を生 じさせることを含む方法であって、ここでの改良が、上記分散剤を炭素−水素結 合を含むフルオロ界面活性剤にして上記重合を実施することを含む方法。 13. 請求の範囲第12項の方法であって、上記フルオロ界面活性剤がパー フルオロアルキルアルカンスルホン酸であり、このアルキル基が炭素原子を5か ら20個含みそしてアルカン基が炭素原子を1から4個含む方法。 14. 請求の範囲第12項の方法で得られるテトラフルオロエチレンポリマ ーであって、372℃で50から1X105Pa・sの溶融粘度を示すテトラフ ルオロエチレンポリマー。
