Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 複数の流路を包含し、そして各流路が分岐している円錐形の入口ディフュー ザ通路を含み、同通路は、各出口通路の各々が熱交換器のチューブのひとつに供 給するために適合された状態で複数の個々の出口通路に分岐された出口部に続け られ、前記出口部は、流れ領域断面が流れ方向へ一様に減少し、それによって一 般的に収束している出口部を形成しているような形状を有する、分解加熱炉コイ ルからクエンチクーラの熱交換チューブへ分解されたガスを供給するための接続 手段。 2 前記出口部が少なくとも4本の出口通路を包含する請求項1記載の接続手段 。 3 前記接続手段がセラミック絶縁材料を包含し、かつ前記流路が前記セラミッ ク材料の内部に形成された請求項1記載の接続手段。 4 前記セラミック材料内の前記流路が金属により裏打ちされた請求項3記載の 接続手段。 5 前記入口流路の直径と前記出口通路の直径との比が2:1である請求項1記 載の接続手段。
