- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a) 水性塗料を受容しうる処理された上部スキン層(a)、層(a)は 基層(コア層)(b)の上部面に同一の広がりで接着している表面と露出面とを 有し、上部層(a)はエチレン−プロピレン−ブテン−1三元共重合体、エチレ ン−プロピレンランダム共重合体、エチレン−プロピレンブロック共重合体、ア イソタクチックポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、非常に低密 度のポリエチレン(VLDPE)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、中 密度ポリエチレン(MDPE)、ポリビニリデンクロリド(PVDC)、ポリビ ニルアルコール(PVOH)、またはアクリル系の単独もしくは共重合体を含ん でなり、上部スキン層(a)には所望により有効量の粘着防止剤が配合されてい るが、シリコーン油は実質的に含有されておらず、上部層(a)の露出面は、下 部スキン層(c)の露出面上に存在するシリコーン油と接することによって(a )の表面に移行する、摩擦係数を減じる量のシリコーン油を所望により含有する ; b) 上部面と下部面とを有する、HDPE由来の基層(b)、 c) 基層(b)の下部面に接着した面と露出面とを有する下部スキン層(c) 、層(c)はエチレン−プロピレン−ブテン−1三元共重合体、エチレン−プロ ピレンランダム共重合体、エチレン−プロピレンブロック共重合体、アイソタク チックポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、非常に低密度のポリ エチレン(VLDPE)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、中密度ポリ エチレン(MDPE)を含んで成り、下部スキン層(c)はi)粒状架橋ヒドロ カルビル置換ポリシロキサンを所望により含む、有効量の粘着防止剤、およびi i)摩擦係数を減じる量が面の相互接触後に層(c)の露出面と層(a)の露出 面とに存在するような量のシリコーン油が配合されている を含んでなる延伸重合体フィルム。 2. 基層(b)が、少なくとも50重量%の、密度が0.96以上である高密 度ポリエチレンの二軸延伸基層を含んで成る、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 3. 縦方向に1.1〜2:1で延伸される、請求項1または2に記載のフィル ム。 4. 横断方向に6:1〜12:1で延伸される、請求項2または3に記載のフ ィルム。 5. 少なくとも1つのスキン層が、エチレン−プロピレン−ブテン−1三元共 重合体、またはエチレン−プロピレン−ブテン−1三元共重合体と低密度ポリエ チレン(LDPE)との混合物を含んで成る、上記請求項のいずれかに記載のフ ィルム。6. 上部スキン層(a)がPVDC、PVOHまたはアクリル系の単 独もしくは共重合体を含む、上記請求項のいずれかに記載のフィルム。 7. 上部スキン層(a)に粘着防止剤が配合されている、上記請求項のいずれ かに記載のフィルム。 8. 粘着防止剤が粒状架橋ヒドロカルビル置換ポリシロキサンを含んで成る、 請求項7に記載のフィルム。 9. 下部スキン層(c)に粘着防止剤として粒状架橋ヒドロカルビル置換ポリ シロキサンが配合されている、上記請求項のいずれかに記載のフィルム。 10. 粘着防止剤が上部スキン層(a)および/または下部スキン層(c)に 、層の1000〜3000ppmの量で存在する、上記請求項のいずれかに記載 のフィルム。 11. 上部スキン層(a)の露出面が火炎処理によって処理されている、上記 請求項のいずれかに記載のフィルム。 12. 30秒後の折り目保持率が少なくとも70%である、上記請求項のいず れかに記載のフィルム。 13. 下部スキン層(c)に静電防止剤が配合されている、上記請求項のいず れかに記載のフィルム。 14.(1) 高密度ポリエチレンから誘導される上記コア層(b)の上部主要 面に、同一の広がりをもつ水性塗料を受容する上部スキン層(a)を施すこと、 上部スキン層(a)はエチレン−プロピレン−ブテン−1三元共重合体、エチレ ン−プロピレンランダム共重合体、エチレン−プロピレンブロック共重合体、ア イソタクチックポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、非常に低密 度のポリエチレン(VLDPE)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、中 密度ポリエチレン(MDPE)、ポリビニリデンクロリド(PVDC)、ポリビ ニルアルコール(PVOH)、またはアクリル系重合体を含み、上部スキン層( a)には所望により有効量の粘着防止剤が配合されているが、シリコーン油は実 質的に含有されていない; (2) コア層(b)の下部主要面に、面が同一の広がりをもつ層(c) を施すこと、下部層(c)はエチレン−プロピレン−ブテン−1三元共重合体、 エチレン−プロピレンランダム共重合体、エチレン−プロピレンブロック共重合 体、アイソタクチックポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、非常 に低密度のポリエチレン(VLDPE)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE )、中密度ポリエチレン(MDPE)を含んで成り、上記重合体はi)粒状架橋 ヒドロカルビル置換ポリシロキサンを所望により含む、有効量の粘着防止剤、お よびii)摩擦係数を減じる量が面の相互接触後に層(c)の露出面と層(a) の露出面とに存在するような量のシリコーン油が配合されている;並びに (3) 層(c)の露出面と層(a)の露出面とを、摩擦係数を減じる量 のシリコーン油が層(c)の露出面から層(a)の露出面へ移行するように接触 させること を含んでなる、フィルムの製造方法。
