Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.物体の所望の特性を決定するセンサであって、 第1の信号を生成する発振器と、 前記発振器に接続され、レーザ信号を生成する前記レーザと、 前記物体から反射されたレーザ信号を受信し第2の信号を生成する受信機と、 第1および第2の条件付け済み信号を生成するために前記発振器および前記受 信機に接続され、それぞれ前記第1および第2の信号用の第1および第2の条件 付け経路を有し、前記第1および第2の条件付け経路が、同じ回路素子を有し、 さらに同じ経路長を有する条件付け回路と、 前記条件付け回路に接続され、前記第1の条件付け済み信号と前記第2の条件 付け済み信号との間の位相差を表す位相信号を生成する位相比較器と、 前記位相比較器に接続され、位相信号に基づいて物体との距離を算出するプロ セッサとを備えることを特徴とするセンサ。 2.前記レーザが、 レーザ・ドライバと、 前記レーザ・ドライバに接続されたレーザ・ダイオードと、 前記レーザ・ダイオードに物理的に近接する位置に配置されたコリメータ・レ ンズとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。 3.前記コリメータ・レンズが、 屈折率分布形レンズを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセンサ。 4.前記受信機が、 アバランシュ・フォトダイオードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の センサ。 5.前記条件付け回路が、 それぞれ、前記アバランシュ・フォトダイオードおよび前記発振器に接続され た、第1および第2の増幅器と、 それぞれ、前記第1および第2の増幅器に接続された、第1および第2の比較 器とを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセンサ。 6.前記位相比較器が、 前記第1および第2の条件付け経路に接続された第1および第2の入力端子と 、パルス幅変調信号が生成される出力端子とを有する排他的論理和ゲートを備え ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。 7.さらに、 前記排他的論理和ゲートの前記出力端子に接続された増幅器と、 アナログ信号を生成する前記増幅器に接続された低域フィルタと、 前記低域フィルタと前記プロセッサとの間に接続されたアナログ・ディジタル 変換器とを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセンサ。 8.さらに、多次元参照テーブルを事前にロードされたメモリ記憶装置を備える ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。 9.前記事前ロード参照テーブルが、レーザの弱いバイアス誤差および温度誤差 を補償する補正値を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセンサ。 10.プロセッサが、物体の他の測定量を算出するために、前記メモリ記憶装置 に記憶されている以前の測定値にアクセスできるように、メモリ記憶装置がさら にRAM部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセンサ。 11.メモリ記憶装置のRAM部分が読取り装置に結合され、したがって各測定 量を視覚的に表示することができることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のセンサ 。
