Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 制御装置、例えば自動車制御装置における消去可能不揮発性メモリの完 全な再プログラミング方法であって、 前記制御装置は、少なくとも1つの中央ユニットと、揮発性メモリと、消去可 能不揮発性メモリと、オン/オフスイッチ回路とを有し、 前記中央ユニットは消去可能不揮発性メモリのプログラミングのためにプログ ラムモジュールを処理し、 制御装置はプログラミングすべきデータを外部電子装置から受信する形式の方 法において、 消去可能不揮発性メモリ(12)は少なくとも2つの別個の消去およびプログ ラム可能領域(20、21)に分割されており、 本来のプログラム過程の前に、プログラムモジュールを、2つの別個の消去お よびプログラム可能領域(20、21)の少なくとも1つに書き込み、 消去可能不揮発性メモリ(12)の少なくとも2つの別個の消去およびプログ ラム可能領域(20、21)の一方にプログラムモジュールを書き込むときに、 少なくとも2つの別個の消去およびプログラムか脳領域の他方にだけを新たにプ ログラミングする、ことを特徴とする方法。 2. プログラムモジュールをそれぞれ相応する領 域(20、21)から揮発性メモリ(13)にロードし、 プログラムモジュールの処理を引き続きスタートし、揮発性メモリ(13)を プログラムメモリとして用いる、請求項1記載の方法。 3. プログラムモジュールは例えば、外部電子装置(18)と通信するため のモジュール、外部電子装置のアクセス資格を検査するためのモジュール、揮発 性メモリ(13)プログラムモジュールをロードするためのモジュール、消去可 能不揮発性メモリ(12)の消去およびプログラミングのためのモジュールを含 む、請求項2記載の方法。 4. プログラムモジュールのモジュールの一部だけを消去可能不揮発性メモ リ(22)に書き込み、プログラムモジユールの残りのモジュールを外部電気装 置(18)から揮発性メモリ(13)に後からロードする、請求項3記載の方法 。 5. 本来のプログラム過程の前に、プログラムモジュールが含まれる領域( 20、21)の少なくともメモリ内容を正当性について検査し、 消去可能不揮発性メモリ(12)の少なくとも2つの別個の消去およびプログ ラム可能領域(20、21)の一方でプログラムモジュールにエラー無しと識別 された場合だけ、前記2つの別個の消去およびプログラム可能領域(20、21 )の他方をプログラムする 、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 6. メモリ内容を検査するためにチェックサムを計算し、該チャックサムを 同じように消去可能不揮発性メモリ(12)に記録されている値と比較し、 前記計算された値が記録された値と一致するときにメモリ内容にエラーが無い と識別する、請求項5記載の方法。 7. 少なくとも2つの別個の消去およびプログラム可能領域(20、21) の各々をプログラミングした後、当該領域(20)21)のメモリ内容をエラー の有無について検査し、 前にプログラミングされた領域にエラーが無いと識別された場合だけ次の領域 をプログラミングし、 エラー無しと識別されなかった場合には、当該の前にプログラミングされた領 域のプログラミングを繰り返す、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法 。 8. プログラムモジュールを、2つの別個の消去およびプログラム可能領域 の各々に、制御装置(10)に対する制御プログラムのプログラミングと共に、 制御装置(10)の製造ラインの端部で、消去可能不揮発性メモリ(12)の2 つの別個の消去およびプログラミング可能領域(20、21)に書き込む、請求 項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9. プログラムモジュールを制御装置(10)の 製造ラインの端部で、消去可能不揮発性メモリ(12)の第1の領域(20)に だけ書き込み、 消去可能不揮発性メモリ(12)の少なくとも別の領域(21)へのプログラ ムモジュールの書き込みを、前記第1の領域(20)の消去の前に実行する、請 求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
