Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関とトランスミッションとの間に配置された油圧式に操作される摩擦 クラッチのための油圧式緊急制御装置であって、ハイドロスタチックポンプ(1 )が少なくとも1つの作業導管(11,12)に供給を行うため内燃機関の被駆 動軸に連結されている電気−油圧式クラッチ制御装置の一部として構成されてい る形式のものにおいて、 作業導管(11)にスロットルバルブ(2)が配置されており、かつ、 スロットルバルブ(2)の前及び後においてそれぞれ少なくとも1つの制御 導管(13,14)が分岐しており、該制御導管が切換弁(4)に接続されてお り、該切換弁が摩擦クラッチ(10)への圧力負荷を生じさせ又は制御すること を特徴とする、油圧式緊急制御装置。 2.スロットルバルブ(2)の前側にある制御導管(13)が切換弁(4)の制 御入口部(4a)に、かつスロットルバルブ(2)の後側にある制御導管(14 )が切換弁(4)の、前記制御入口部(4a)に対してほぼ反対側に位置する制 御入口部(4b)に油圧式に接続されており、後者の制御入口部(4b)に隣接 する制御ピストン側に戻しばね(4c) が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の油圧式緊急制御装置。 3.切換弁(4)が、摩擦クラッチ(10)への補助作業導管(19)及(20 )に圧力媒体を負荷し又は該補助作業導管に負荷された圧力媒体を排出させる切 換弁(6)を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の油圧式緊急制御 装置。 4.摩擦クラッチ(10)の手前の補助作業導管(19)に絞り−逆止弁(8, 9)が配置されており、その逆止弁(9)が摩擦クラッチ(10)の方向への圧 力媒体の流れを阻止することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の油圧式緊急制 御装置。 5.摩擦クラッチ(10)の手前の補助作業導管(20)から、アキュムレータ (7)へ接続している補助作業導管(21)が分岐していることを特徴とする、 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の油圧式緊急制御装置。 6.アキュムレータ(7)がばね負荷された仕切ピストンを有していて、該ピス トン底部側でクラッチ(10)に、ばね側でタンクに油圧式に接続されているこ とを特徴とする、請求項5記載の油圧式緊急制御装置。 7.アキュムレータ(7)がばね負荷された仕切ピストンを有していて該仕切ピ ストン底部側でクラッチ (10)に、かつばね側では通常運転時に作業導管(12)に、油圧式に接続さ れていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の油圧式緊急制御装置。 8.スロットルバルブ(2)が調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載 の油圧式緊急制御装置。 9.切換弁(4)の戻しばね(4c)が調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求 項2記載の油圧式緊急制御装置。 10.切換弁(3)が切換弁(4)の制御導管接続部(4b)を通常運転時にはタ ンクに接続し、緊急運転時には導管(14)を介して導管(12)に接続するこ とを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の油圧式緊急制御装置。
