Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エステル化度がデキストランエステルが室温で水に不溶であり、大腸菌に より分解されるように側鎖のC原子数および分子量に依存して0.04〜1.1の 値に調整され、分子量40000〜10000000および6〜18個のC原子 を有する酸から誘導されるエステル側鎖を有するデキストランエステル。 2.エステル側鎖が8〜16個のC原子を有する酸から誘導され、分子量が4 0000〜1000000であり、エステル化度が0.08〜0.8である請求の 範囲1記載のデキストランエステル。 3.エステル側鎖が8〜12個のC原子を有する酸から誘導され、分子量が6 0000〜400000であり、エステル化度が0.1〜0.5である請求の範囲 2記載のデキストランエステル。 4.医薬作用物質または医薬製剤を被覆および/または埋め込むための請求の 範囲1から3までのいずれか1項記載のデキストランエステルの使用法。 5.請求の範囲1記載のデキストランエステルを製造する方法において、デキ ストランがなお溶解する量の非プロトン性の極性有機溶剤を混合することができ るホルムアミドおよび/またはジメチルスルホキシドからなる溶剤にデキストラ ンを溶かし、プロトン捕獲剤の存在下で6〜18個のC原子を有する酸のハロゲ ン化物を反応混合物の温度が40℃を上回らないように添加することを特徴とす る、デキストランエステルの製造方法。 6.大腸で作用する作用物質または胃または小腸を通過する際に分解する作用 物質を請求の範囲1から3までのいずれか1項記載のデキストランエステルで被 覆するかまたは埋め込んで含有することを特徴とする医薬。 7.作用物質としてペプチド医薬を含有する請求の範囲6記載の医薬。 8.錠剤、粒状物またはカプセルの形で存在する請求の範囲6または7記載の 医薬。
