Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つの交流入力端子および2つの直流出力端子を有するブリッジ構体に4つ の整流素子を具えるブリッジ整流回路であって、整流素子の少なくとも2つは能 動スイッチおよびこれら能動スイッチの導通状態を制御する能動制御回路を具え 、この制御回路の制御入力端子を前記交流入力端子に結合し、制御出力端子を少 なくとも2つの能動スイッチに結合し、この制御回路を前記直流出力端子に結合 してこれから給電するようにしたことを特徴とするブリッジ整流回路。 2.前記整流素子のうちの2つは能動スイッチを具え、各能動スイッチを前記交 流入力端子の一方および前記2つの直流出力端子のうちの低い直流電位にある方 の出力端子との間に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブリッジ整流回 路。 3.前記能動スイッチはMOSトランジスタを具え、且つ前記制御出力を前記M OSトランジスタのゲートに結合するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記 載のブリッジ整流回路。 4.前記制御回路は基準電圧に対し前記交流入力端子の少なくとも1つのレベル を感知する比較回路を具えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のブリッジ整流回 路。 5.前記基準電圧を低い直流電位とすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のブリ ッジ整流回路。 6.前記比較回路は前記直流出力端子間に結合された主電流通路およびダイオー ドにより前記制御回路の1つに結合された制御電極を有するバイポーラトランジ スタを具えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のブリッジ整流回路。 7.前記出力端子から取出した調整された直流電圧を供給する電圧調整回路をさ らに具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブリッジ整流回路。
