Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高負荷される内燃機関のための軽金属ピストンであって、燃焼室凹所を備 えたピストン天井と、リング溝部を有するピストンヘッドと、ピストンピンボス を一体に備えたピストンスカートとから成る形式のものにおいて、 a) ピストン天井(4)内の燃焼室凹所(5)が補強されておらず、 b) 各ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)が、少なくともボス孔全長の、そ の内端(10)のところの部分範囲X内では内端へ向かって拡張(縁曲げ)され ており、 c) 各ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)が成形孔(11)として形成され ており、この成形孔(11)が、ボス孔全長の、外から内へ延びていて支持領域 に相応する部分範囲Z内では、内から外へほぼ円錐状に拡張されており、 d) 各ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)が片側に、その内端を起点として 延びる斜めのポケット(12)を備えており、 e) 燃焼時に発生する点火圧が120バールより大きいことを特徴とする、 高負荷される内燃機関のための軽金属ピストン。 2.内端(10)のところの部分範囲Xにおける拡 張部の湾曲部が多角形として形成されている、請求項1記載の軽金属ピストン。 3.ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)が、部分範囲Z内では内から外へトラ ンペット状に拡張されている、請求項1又は2記載の軽金属ピストン。 4.ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)が、部分範囲Z内で2ないし10分の 角度(α)で拡張されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の軽金属 ピストン。 5.ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)の拡張が部分範囲Z内では段状に行わ れている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の軽金属ピストン。 6.ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)の拡張部が部分範囲Zの内側で、外側 に位置する拡張部に比して小さい角度を有している、請求項5記載の軽金属ピス トン。 7.部分範囲Z内に位置する内側の拡張部が2〜4分の角度を有しており、か つ外側の拡張部が5〜10分の角度を有している、請求項6記載の軽金属ピスト ン。 8.部分範囲Z内でほぼ円錐状に外向きに拡張している成形孔(11)と、孔 (9)の内端(10)のところで部分範囲X内に設けられた拡張部との間で、孔 (9)が円筒形の範囲Yを備えている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載 の軽金属ピストン。 9.ピストンピンボス(8)の孔(9)内の片側で斜めのポケット(12)が 、対圧方向側に設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の軽金 属ピストン。 10.斜めのポケット(12)の最大の深さが、ピストンピンボス(8)の内端 (10)のところに位置している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の軽 金属ピストン。 11.斜めのポケット(12)が、ピストンピン長手方向軸線に対して平行な平 面に対して2〜5度の角度を成して成形されている、請求項1から10までのい ずれか1項記載の軽金属ピストン。 12.斜めのポケット(12)が、その高さ位置に関してピストンピン長手方向 軸線に対して非対称的に配置されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項 記載の軽金属ピストン。
