Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリウレタンフレキシブルフォームの製造方法において、 プレポリマーが、少なくとも85重量%以上の4,4´−ジフェニルメタンジイ ソシアネートあるいはその誘導体を含む過剰量のポリイソシアネートと、 公称の平均ヒドロキシ基官能基数が、2.5〜3.5のポリオールを、 反応させて作ったものであり、 そして、該プレポリマーのNCO量が5〜10重量%であって、 平均ヒトロキシ当量が、1000〜3000であり、オキシエチレン含有量が、 50〜85重量%であるプレポリマーを100重量部と、 少なくとも20重量部の水とを反応させて作ることを特徴とする、 前記フレキシブルフォームの製造方法。 2. ポリオキシエチレン−オキシアルキレンポリオールが、ポリオキシエチレ ン−オキシプロピレンポリオールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレ キシブルフォームの製造方法。 3. 前記ポリオールが、公称のヒトロキシ基官能基数が3であって、平均ヒド ロキシ当量が、1200〜1600であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に 記載のフレキシブルフォームの製造方法。 4. 前記ポリイソシアネートが、少なくとも90重量%以上の4,4´−ジフ ェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか 1項に記載のフレキシブルフォームの製造方法。 5. 前記ポリイソシアネートが、少なくとも95重量%以上の4,4´−ジフ ェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか 1項に記載のフレキシブルフォームの製造方法。 6. 前記ポリイソシアネートが、最大2.05の官能基数を有することを特徴 とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルフォームの製造方法。 7. 前記プレポリマーが、25℃において、最大10,000mPa.sの粘 度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル フォームの製造方法。
