Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】空のときの熱殺菌の後に内面がお互いに密着せ
ず、また表面がお互いに接着することがなく、袋のフィ
ルムに機械的な処理を施さず、隆起点を設けない医療用
袋を作成すること。 【解決手段】 本発明の医薬用袋は、内部表面の前処理
又は隆起点の設置をせず、少なくとも1つのチャンバー
(12)及び少なくとも1つの管状接続部(18)を有
する未充填の空の医療用袋であって、その内部フィルム
表面がマトリクッス−フェーズポリマー系より成り、そ
の縁部(14、16)がシールドされているものであ
り、その袋の内側表面がお互いに接着されないことを特
徴とするものである。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、1つのチャンバー
及び1つの管状接続部材を有する医療用の袋に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】熱可塑性物質で作られた袋は、最適な密
封特性を有する袋の内側表面が、しばしば熱殺菌の間に
お互いに密着し、お互いに接着さえもされるので、空の
ときには通常熱殺菌をすることができない。従って、通
常の約121℃の温度での熱スチーム殺菌を用いた場
合、このような内側表面がお互いに密着した袋では、上
昇された圧力下で袋のチャンバーに液体を充填しなけれ
ば、液体はこのような袋に僅かしか導入できないのが常
である。しかし、このような圧力処理を用いても、堅く
接着された部分を確実にはがすことはできない。
【0003】該表面の相対的に大きな領域での接着を防
止するために、袋のフィルムを従来技術で機械的に前処
理している。従って、例えば表面を粗くするか、又は隆
起させた部分、例えば微細な隆起、溝、又は隆起線を該
表面に設けている。これにより内側表面の微少表面領域
のみがお互いに粘着され、従って充填のときにこれらの
領域が剥離されることになる。
【0004】例えば、USA3211144では、少な
くとも1つの内側表面を、適切に設計された表面を持つ
ようにローラーを用いてでこぼこにすることで、内面の
密着を防止している。
【0005】エッチング及び砂の吹き付けが、もはや内
側表面の接着が起こらないようなざらざらな表面にする
ための他の可能性として述べられている。
【0006】しかし、このようなフィルム表面の処理
は、非常に時間を浪費し、コストもかかる。
【0007】従って、医療用袋は主として、殺菌の前に
該袋に空気若しくは水のような液体を満たすか、又は使
用される医療用液体で該袋を予め満たし、次いで熱殺菌
を行うというような方法を用いて熱殺菌される。このよ
うなプロセスは、EP−A1−0114964にも開示
されている。これらの医療用容器は、ポリマー混合物で
作成されたフィルムを密封することによって形成される
ことが開示されている。殺菌の前に、該容器に空気、
水、又は医療用液体を詰める。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の目的は、有用
な医療用袋であって、空のときの熱殺菌の後に内側表面
がお互いに密着することがないか、又は表面がお互いに
接着することがなく、袋のフィルムに機械的な処理をす
ること、又は隆起点を設ることをしないものを作成する
ことである。本発明の更なる目的は、空のときの熱殺菌
後に空の袋として直接に使用することができる有用な医
療用袋を作成することである。
【0009】
【課題を解決するための手段】この目的は、請求項1に
記載の袋によって達成される。また、請求項2から6に
は本発明の有利な袋の態様が示されている。
【0010】
【発明の実施の形態】以下に本発明を詳細に説明する。
【0011】驚くことに、DE4410876に開示さ
れたマトリクッス−フェーズポリマー系が、フィルムの
更なる加工を必要とせず、殺菌の後に内側表面がお互い
に接着しないような、空のときの熱殺菌が可能である医
療用袋となることが見出された。
【0012】従って、このような医療用袋は、泌尿器科
学又は腹膜透析で液を廃棄する目的に有利に使用されう
る。このような袋は、これらが管又はカテーテルを介し
て患者の体に接触されるので、該袋に含まれうる不純物
が健康を損なうため、常に殺菌されなければならない。
【0013】好ましくは、いわゆるブロー成型フィル
ム、又は管状のフィルムさえも袋を制作するのに使用さ
れる。可能性として、これらは折りたたむことができ、
外縁の2つの側面、即ち2カ所の開いている部分が閉じ
られる(即ち、シールドされる)。しかし、回りを全て
シールドする必要のあるフィルムシートを使用すること
も考えられる。
【0014】該フィルムは、シールド層でもある少なく
とも内側の層で、基本的には2種類の成分、即ちマトリ
クッスポリマー及びフェーズポリマーを有する。このマ
トリクッス及びフェーズポリマーの系は、これ以後マト
リクッス−フェーズポリマー系と称する。
【0015】ポリエチレンホモポリマー、ポリプロピレ
ンホモポリマー、及びポリプロピレンコポリマーのよう
な高励起又は高い融点範囲を有するポリマーをマトリク
ッスポリマーとして使用しうる。ポリエチレンには、高
密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)が使用される。上記のマ
トリクッスポリマーの内、ポリプロピレンコポリマーが
好ましい。ポリプロピレンランダムコポリマーが特に好
ましい。
【0016】スチレンエチレン/ブチレンスチレンブロ
ックポリマー(SEBS)、スチレンエチレン/プロピ
レンスチレンブロックポリマー(SEPS)、及び/又
はスチレンイソプレンスチレントリブロックポリマー
(SIS)のような、同様な高い励起範囲を有するポリ
マーのみがフェーズポリマーとして使用されうる。好ま
しくは、スチレンエチレンブチレンスチレンブロックコ
ポリマーを使用しうる。ポリマー層内のフェーズポリマ
ーの割合は、全マトリクッス−フェーズポリマー系を基
準にして1から40wt%の範囲であるべきである。
【0017】マトリクッスポリマーとしてプロピレンを
含有するマトリクッスポリマー系が好ましい。このマト
リクッスポリマーは、有利には、60〜90wt%の量
で存在する。フェーズポリマーとして更に好ましいもの
は、スチレンエチレンブチレンスチレンブロックコポリ
マー(SEBS)又はスチレンエチレンプロピレンスチ
レンブロックコポリマー(SEPS)である。これらは
2〜40wt%で存在する。これらのフェーズポリマー
は、約100,000g/モルの分子量を有し、二ブロ
ック成分を有意に含まないことが好ましい。
【0018】外縁部分の縫い目には、少なくとも1つの
チャンバーに接続部材としての少なくとも1つの支持体
を設ける。この支持体は、採り入れ口用の支持体であ
る。
【0019】この袋には、懸濁物を配列するための領域
及び/又は先のとがった/先の細い領域が含まれる。
【0020】本発明に従ったチャンバーが空の医療用袋
を製造する方法は、シールドされた領域の引き裂きが起
こらず、又は袋の破壊が全く起こらないような温度でシ
ールドを外縁部に施すことを特徴とする。
【0021】シールド工程の継続時間は、1から8秒の
範囲であることが好ましく、シールド工程の間に、シー
ルドされる領域にかけられる表面圧力は、0.1から3
N/mm2 の範囲であることが好ましい。しかし、上記
の両パラメータについては、上記範囲外の値であっても
よい。従って、両パラメータは、好ましい範囲を制限す
るものではない。
【0022】更に詳細な本発明の特徴及び利点を、図面
を参照した以下の典型例の説明で示す。
【0023】図1は、本発明のチャンバー12を有する
袋の概略図である。
【0024】本発明の袋10は、ブロー成型フィルムか
ら形成される。従って、外縁上部14及び外縁下部16
のみをシールドする。接続支持体18は管状であり、チ
ャンバー12と液体が流通するようになっており、縁部
16にシールドされる。この接続部材18は、管(図示
せず)又は他の接続部材に結合されうる。
【0025】外縁上部は、懸濁物の設置のための領域2
0を有しており、これにより袋10を必要に応じて吊り
下げることができる。
【0026】袋を形成するフィルムは、押出しブロー成
型フィルムシステムで製造される。
【0027】以下のブロー成型フィルムを製造した。
【0028】85wt%の、約121℃の軟化点を有す
るPP−ホモポリマー(BASFから入手したNobo
len3200HX)を15wt%のSEBS(シェル
から入手したKratonG1650)と化合し、次に
ブロー成型フィルムシステムでブロー成型フィルムに加
工した。
【0029】次に、ブローフィルムを袋の長さに切断
し、次いで図1に示すような袋を作成した。この方法で
は、シールド領域14及び16は約140℃でシールド
した。
【0030】このような袋に室温で3から4リットルの
水を満たし、2メートルの高さから落下させてもこの袋
は破裂しなかった。また、この袋は、これに物質を満た
すのをモニターするために求められる十分な透明度も有
している。
【0031】これらの条件が満たされる限り、実際のフ
ィルムの構造を変化することができる。また、粘着又は
接着の傾向のない熱殺菌に求められる特性は、フェーズ
−マトリクッスポリマー系の使用にのみ依存する。
【0032】フィルムの剛性及び強さはその厚さに依存
する。これは通常、0.1から0.3mmの範囲にあ
り、必要であれば、これらの制限の範囲外とすることも
できる。
【0033】この方法で製造される袋10は、驚くこと
に、CAPD(連続移動腹膜透析(continuous ambulat
ory perioneal dialysis))管システムに空の袋として
組み込むのに非常に適している。これは、患者の腹腔透
析カテーテルに管を介して接続され、また、これらの理
由から完全に無菌でなければならない。従って、全ての
系は、密封できる袋内に置かれ、次いで従来の方法で1
21℃において熱殺菌システム内で熱殺菌される。

【発明の効果】本発明に従えば、有用な医療用袋であっ
て、空のときの熱殺菌の後に内側表面がお互いに密着す
ることがないか、又は表面がお互いに接着することがな
く、袋のフィルムに機械的な処理をすること、又は隆起
点を設ることをしないものを提供することができる。更
に、本発明に従えば、空のときの熱殺菌後に空の袋とし
て直接に使用することができる有用な医療用袋を提供す
ることができる。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 内側表面の機械的前処理又は隆起点の設
    置をせず、少なくとも1つのチャンバー(12)及び少
    なくとも1つの管状接続部(18)を有する未充填の空
    の医療用袋であって、その内側フィルム表面がマトリク
    ッス−フェーズポリマー系より成り、その縁部領域(1
    4、16)がシールドされているものであり、その袋の
    内側表面がお互いに接着されないことを特徴とするも
    の。
  2. 【請求項2】 請求項1に記載の袋であって、マトリク
    ッス−フェーズポリマー系のマトリクッスポリマーがポ
    リエチレンホモポリマー、プロピレンホモポリマー、又
    はプロピレンコポリマーであることを特徴とする袋。
  3. 【請求項3】 請求項2に記載の袋であって、該マトリ
    クッスポリマーがプロピレンコポリマー、好ましくは、
    プロピレンランダムコポリマーであることを特徴とする
    袋。
  4. 【請求項4】 請求項1に記載の袋であって、該マトリ
    クッス−フェーズポリマー系のフェーズポリマーが、ス
    チレンエチレン/ブチレンスチレントリブロックポリマ
    ー(SEBS)、スチレンエチレン/ブチレンスチレン
    ジブロック成分(SEB)を有するスチレンエチレン/
    ブチレンスチレントリブロックポリマー(SEBS)、
    スチレンエチレン/プロピレンスチレントリブロックポ
    リマー(SEPS)、スチレンブタジエンスチレントリ
    ブロックポリマー(SBS)及び/又はスチレンイソプ
    レンスチレントリブロックポリマー(SIS)及び/又
    はエチレン−α−オレフィンコポリマーであることを特
    徴とする袋。
  5. 【請求項5】 請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の袋
    であって、ポリマー系内のフェーズポリマーの割合が、
    マトリクッス−フェーズポリマー系を基準にして1から
    40wt%、好ましくは10から20wt%の範囲内に
    あることを特徴とする袋。
  6. 【請求項6】 請求項1から4項に記載の袋であって、
    該フィルムが多層であり、共押出し成型されることを特
    徴とする袋。
