(57)【要約】 【目的】 壁型枠内に組立られた壁筋（シングル筋）の
交差部に簡単に取り付けられると共に、壁厚を確実に保
持できる構築用スペーサーを提供すること。 【構成】 縦筋及び横筋の交差部に装着すべく、十字形
に形成した固定具の適所に壁厚と同様の長さを有する支
持棒を一体に設けた構成である。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、コンクリート構造物
の主に壁を構築する場合において、壁厚を保持する構築
用スペーサーに関する。

【従来の技術】従来、この種の構築用スペーサーにおい
ては合成樹脂製のドーナツ型をしたスペーサーが代用さ
れているが、特に壁型枠内に組立てられるシングル筋の
場合、縦筋及び横筋にそれぞれ独立して数多く取り付け
なければならない。また、鉄筋を壁厚の長さに切断した
ものを横筋に溶接して取り付けているが作業に多大な労
力を要するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】この発明は、上記問題
点に鑑みなされたもので、その目的は壁型枠内に組立て
られた壁筋の交差部に簡単に取り付けられると共に、コ
ンクリート断面における構造上の欠損を極力最小限に
し、壁厚を確実に保持できる構築用スペーサーを提供す
るものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を解決するた
め、この発明は縦筋及び横筋の交差部に装着すべく、十
字形に形成した固定具の適所に壁厚と同様の長さを有す
る支持棒を一体に設ける。

【作用】この発明の構築用スペーサーは、まず壁筋の交
差部に固定具を圧入して取り付ける。この状態ですでに
支持棒は水平方向に突出されており、壁型枠を組立て所
要の壁厚を保持できるものである。

【実施例】以下、この発明の実施例を図１に基づいて詳
細に説明する。１は構築用スペーサーである。２は固定
具で、縦筋外周に圧着すべくバネ鋼による平板を略Ｕ字
形に折曲したクリップ状の縦筋固定部２ａと同じく横筋
外周に圧着する横筋固定部２ｂとを十字形に一体的に形
成してある。３は縦筋固定部２ａと横筋固定部２ｂの交
差部水平方向に壁厚と同様の長さを有する先端にキャッ
プ３ａを設けた支持棒である。
【０００７】この実施例の使用例として、図２に示すよ
うに予め配筋された縦筋Ａ及び横筋Ｂとからなる壁筋Ｃ
の交差部の縦筋Ａに縦筋固定部２ａを、横筋Ｂに横筋固
定部２ｂを適宜圧入してそのバネ力により壁筋Ｃに取り
付ける。この状態で、水平方向に突出した支持棒３のキ
ャップ３ａに当接するように壁型枠Ｄを立設し、壁厚Ｅ
を保持するものである。
【０００８】なお、上記各支持棒の長さは壁厚によって
変更するものとする。また、縦筋固定部及び横筋固定部
は縦筋及び横筋の外径寸法に合せて加工するものであ
る。

【発明の効果】この発明は、上記の構成により壁型枠内
に組立られた壁筋（シングル筋）の交差部に簡単に取り
付けられ、しかも壁厚を確実に保持できる効果がある。

  1. 【請求項１】 縦筋及び横筋の交差部に装着すベく、十
    字形に形成した固定具の適所に、壁厚と同様の長さを有
    する支持棒を一体に設けたことを特徴とする構築用スペ
    ーサー。
