(57)【要約】 【課題】 流入口と流出口とを有する形式のフィルタを
改良して、組立が簡便で多角的に適用可能な低廉な多目
的モジュールを提供する。 【解決手段】 調圧器４がフィルタケーシング１内に組
込まれている。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、流入口と流出口と
を有するフィルタに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】前記形式のフィルタは、例えば内燃機関
によって運転される各種車両における燃料フィルタとし
て公知になっている。またフィルタと機関との間に配置
された、燃料導管内の圧力を制限する高級鋼から成る調
圧器も公知である。フィルタと調圧器とのこの公知の配
置形式は、複雑であるばかりでなく、複数の部品に要す
る経費が、フィルタの全体の総コスト状態に対しても不
利に作用する。
【０００３】ところで個々の構成エレメント並びに製造
プロセスに関する経費節減の可能性を追及しかつ探索し
ていくことは可能である。しかしながら、この追及には
一面において時間がかかりすぎるために経費状態は必ず
しも改善されず、また他面においては依然として多種多
様の構成ユニットを使用することから免れることはでき
ない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで本発明の課題
は、冒頭で述べた形式のフィルタを改良して、組立が簡
便で多角的に適用可能な低廉な多目的モジュールを提供
することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
の本発明の構成手段は、調圧器がフィルタケーシング内
に組込まれている点にある。
【０００６】
【作用】本発明の構成手段によって全体的に見て部品数
が減少し、ひいては経費も節減される。ただ１つのモジ
ュールとしてフィルタを構成することによって、組付け
・組外し時における操作も恒久的に改善される。
【０００７】本発明の有利な構成では、調圧器には還流
口が後置されている。この還流口は、導管圧が高過ぎた
場合に調圧器に生じる燃料量の過剰分を燃料タンクに戻
す。
【０００８】更に又、本発明は、調圧器を浄化側又は流
出管側に配置することができるので有利である。
【０００９】本発明の有利な構成によれば、戻し機構は
プラスチック及び金属又はその何れかから成っている。
またフィルタケーシングはプラスチック及び金属又はそ
の何れかから成っているのが有利である。製作材料とし
てプラスチックを多量に使用することによって、重量が
軽量になるという利点が得られる一方、経費も節減され
るという利点が得られる。そればかりか材料成分が単一
化されるに応じて、リサイクル系への要求も低減され
る。
【００１０】本発明の有利な構成によれば、フィルタイ
ンサート体は、金属及び／又は紙及び／又はカートンか
ら成る端キャップを有している。フィルタ全体の製作材
料成分が単一化されるに応じて、フィルタの稼働時間後
の材料上の更新作業も有利になる。
【００１１】本発明の、その他の有利な構成は、請求項
４以降に記載した通りである。

【発明の実施の形態】次に図面に基づいて本発明を実施
するための最良の形態を詳説する。
【００１３】燃料フィルタは流入口１と流出口２とを有
するケーシング１から成っている。燃料フィルタのケー
シング１内には調圧器４が組込まれている。圧力が過度
に高い場合、調圧器４はバイパスとして働き、かつ燃料
量過剰分を、還流口５を介して燃料タンクへ戻す。
【００１４】図１に図示したプラスチック製のケーシン
グ１を備えた燃料フィルタでは、調圧器４は浄化側に配
置されている。ケーシング１の内部には、星型に襞付け
された濾紙から成るフィルタインサート体６が内設され
ている。該フィルタインサート体６の端キャップ７は、
図３に示したように燃料フィルタのケーシング１を金属
で構成した場合にはプラスチックから成るか又は図４に
示したように金属から成っているか、或いは図１に示し
たように燃料フィルタのケーシング１をプラスチックで
構成した場合に金属を含まないプラスチックから成って
いる。図１ではフィルタインサート体６の内部には、該
フィルタインサート体の安定性を高めるために支持管８
が組込まれている。
【００１５】図２に示した金属ケーシングを有する燃料
フィルタの実施形態では、調圧器４は浄化側に配置され
ており、フィルタインサート体６は自己支持性つまり形
状安定的な自立性を有するように構成されている。
【００１６】また図４に示した変化実施形態では調圧器
４は流出管側に配置されている。

Claims (12)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 流入口（２）と流出口（３）とを有する
    フィルタにおいて、調圧器（４）がフィルタケーシング
    （１）内に組込まれていることを特徴とする、フィル
    タ。
  2. 【請求項２】 調圧器（４）には還流口（５）が後置さ
    れている、請求項１記載のフィルタ。
  3. 【請求項３】 調圧器（４）が浄化側又は流出管側に配
    置されている、請求項１又は２記載のフィルタ。
  4. 【請求項４】 調圧器が弾性的な戻し機構を有してい
    る、請求項１から３までのいずれか１項記載のフィル
    タ。
  5. 【請求項５】 戻し機構がプラスチック及び金属又はそ
    の何れかから成っている、請求項４記載のフィルタ。
  6. 【請求項６】 フィルタケーシング（１）がプラスチッ
    ク及び金属又はその何れかから成っている、請求項１か
    ら５までのいずれか１項記載のフィルタ。
  7. 【請求項７】 フィルタインサート体（６）が、濾紙
    と、完全に又は主として、機械的に付着硬化又は凝着硬
    化された繊維材層とから成るか或いはその何れかから成
    る面状形成体によって形成されている、請求項１から６
    までのいずれか１項記載のフィルタ。
  8. 【請求項８】 フィルタインサート体（６）が襞付けさ
    れている、請求項７記載のフィルタ。
  9. 【請求項９】 フィルタインサート体（６）が、金属及
    び／又は紙及び／又はカートンから成る端キャップ
    （７）を有している、請求項７又は８記載のフィルタ。
  10. 【請求項１０】 フィルタインサート体(６)が形状安定
    的な自立性を有するように構成されている、請求項７か
    ら９までのいずれか１項記載のフィルタ。
  11. 【請求項１１】 フィルタインサート体（６）が支持管
    （８）を有している、請求項７から１０までのいずれか
    １項記載のフィルタ。
  12. 【請求項１２】 戻し機構がコイルばね及び／又は皿ば
    ね或いは圧縮可能なゴムブロックである、請求項４記載
    のフィルタ。
