Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (式中、m、n,pおよびqのうちの少なくとも2個が0より大きい整数であり ;A1、A2およびA3はアルキル、ハロゲン、CyF2y+1(式中、yは0より大き い整数である。)、O−R(式中、Rはアルキル、ペルフルオロアルキルおよび アリールからなる群より選ばれる。)、CF=CF2、CN、NO2およびOHか らなる群より選ばれ;そしてxはSO3H、PO2H2、PO3H2、CH2PO3H2 、COOH、OSO3H、OPO3H2、OArSO3H(式中、Arは芳香族であ る。)、NR3 +(式中、Rはアルキル、ペルフルオロアルキルおよびアリールか らなる群より選ばれる。)およびCH2NR3 +(式中、Rはアルキル、ペルフル オロアルキルおよびアリールからなる群より選ばれる。)からなる群より選ばれ る。)を含むポリマー組成物。 2.少なくとも一定量の隣接しているポリマーが架橋されている請求の範囲1 記載のポリマー組成物。 3.mおよびnが0より大きい整数であり且つpおよびqが両方とも0であり 、A1がフッ素であり、そしてxがSO3Hであって、前記組成物が膜の形に成形 されている請求の範囲1のポリマー組成物。 4.mおよびnが0より大きい整数であり且つpおよびqが両方とも0であり 、A1がフッ素であり、そしてxがSO3Hであり、 前記組成物がイオン交換膜として用いられる請求の範囲3記載のポリマー組成物 。 5.前記組成物が電気化学燃料電池においてイオン交換膜として用いられる請 求の範囲4記載のポリマー組成物。 6.mおよびnが0より大きい整数であり、pおよびqが両方とも0であり、 A1がCF3であり、そしてxがSO3Hであり、前記組成物が膜の形に成形され ている請求の範囲1記載のポリマー組成物。 7.前記組成物がイオン交換膜として用いられる請求の範囲6記載のポリマー 組成物。 8.前記組成物が電気化学燃料電池においてカチオン交換膜として用いられる 請求の範囲7記載のポリマー組成物。 9.A1、A2およびA3のうちの少なくとも1個がSO3H、PO3H2、CH2 PO3H2、COOH、OSO3H、OPO3H2、OArSO3H(式中、Arは芳 香族である。)、NR3 +(式中、Rはアルキル、ペルフルオロアルキルおよびア リールからなる群より選ばれる。)およびCH2NR3 -(式中、Rはアルキル、 ペルフルオロアルキルおよびアリールからなる群より選ばれる。)からなる群よ り選ばれ、そしてA1、A2およびA3は、存在するときには、各々xと異なる基 である請求の範囲1記載のポリマー組成物。 10.本質的に (式中、m、n,pおよびqのうちの少なくとも2個が0より大き い整数であり;A1、A2およびA3はアルキル、ハロゲン、CyF2y+1(式中、y は0より大きい整数である。)、O−R(式中、Rはアルキル、ペルフルオロア ルキルおよびアリールからなる群より選ばれる。)、CF=CF2、CN、NO2 およびOHからなる群より選ばれ;そしてxはSO3H、PO2H2、PO3H2、 CH2PO3H2、COOH、OSO3H、OPO3H2、OArSO3H(式中、A rは芳香族である。)、NR3 +(式中、Rはアルキル、ペルフルオロアルキルお よびアリールからなる群より選ばれる。)およびCH2NR3 +(式中、Rはアル キル、ペルフルオロアルキルおよびアリールからなる群より選ばれる。)からな る群より選ばれる。)からなるポリマー組成物。 11.少なくとも一定量の隣接しているポリマーが架橋している請求の範囲1 0記載のポリマー組成物。 12.mおよびnが0より大きい整数であり且つpおよびqが両方とも0であ り、A1がフッ素であり、そしてxがSO3Hであって、前記組成物が膜の形に成 形されている請求の範囲10のポリマー組成物。 13.前記組成物がイオン交換膜として用いられる請求の範囲12記載のポリ マー組成物。 14.前記組成物が電気化学燃料電池においてカチオン交換膜として用いられ る請求の範囲13記載のポリマー組成物。 15.mおよびnが0より大きい整数であり、pおよびqが両方とも0であり 、A1がCF3であり、そしてxがSO3Hであり、前記組成物が膜の形に成形さ れている請求の範囲10記載のポリマー組成物。 16.前記組成物がイオン交換膜として用いられる請求の範囲15記載のポリ マー組成物。 17.前記組成物が電気化学燃料電池においてカチオン交換膜として用いられ る請求の範囲16記載のポリマー組成物。 18.A1、A2およびA3のうちの少なくとも1個がSO3H、PO3H2、CH2 PO3H2、COOH、OSO3H、OPO3H2、OArSO3H(式中、Arは 芳香族である。)、NR3 +(式中、Rはアルキル、ペルフルオロアルキルおよび アリールからなる群より選ばれる。)およびCH2NR3 +(式中、Rはアルキル 、ペルフルオロアルキルおよびアリールからなる群より選ばれる。)からなる群 より選ばれ、そしてA1、A2およびA3は、存在するときには、各々xと異なる 基である請求の範囲10記載のポリマー組成物。
