Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の(i)及び(ii)を含む複合構造体: (i)その主平面の少なくとも一部の上に次式Iのエポキシシロキサンを含む 出発物質の反応生成物を含む第1の層を載せた第1の基材: ここに、Rは炭素原子数1〜3の低級アルキル基であり; R1は枝分かれしたアルキル又は脂環式基;アリール基;直鎖、枝分かれした もしくは環状のアルケニル基;又は直鎖の、枝分かれした又は環状のアラルキル 基であり;4〜約50(好ましくは6〜約20)の炭素原子を含み;任意に1又 はそれ以上の官能基で置換されていてもよいが、エポキシ官能基との反応によっ てエポキシシロキサンの架橋を増やすような官能基はなく; Eは、直鎖の脂肪族、枝分かれした脂肪族、脂環式、又はこれらの混合物であ りうる1価のエポキシ官能基であり; Mは、R3Si−,R2R1Si−,RR1 2Si−,R1 3Si−,R2ESi−, RE2Si−,E3Si−,R1 2ESi−,R1E2Si−及びRR1ESi−(こ こに、R、R1、及びEは上に定義した通りである)から選ばれるシリル基であ り; xは、0又は約200迄の値をとり; yは、0又は約40迄の値をとり; zは、1又は約200−xの値をとり、;そして qは、1〜約75の値をとり; 但し、前記エポキシポリシロキサンは少なくともE基を有するが、式I中のシ ロキサン基の全数の約20%未満、好ましくは約18%未満、最も好ましくは約 16%未満がEで置換されており; 前記第1の層は触媒として有効な量のカチオン硬化触媒の存在下に硬化される ;並びに (ii)その主平面の少なくとも一部に、25℃で、100ラジアン/秒でのね じり剪断を測定したとき、少なくとも約6×105ダイン/cm2の貯蔵弾性率を有 する粘着剤を含む第2の層を載せた第2の基材であって、前記第1の層の第1の 基材の反対側の表面に前記粘着剤でくっつけられているもの。 2.前記エポキシポリシロキサンが次式で示される請求の範囲1の複合構造体 : (ここに、Rは炭素原子数1〜3の低級アルキル基であり; R1は請求の範囲1において定義したのと同じであり; Jは1価の直鎖の又は分岐の脂肪族エポキシ基であり; Gは1価の脂環式エポキシ基であり; Mは、R3Si−,R2R1Si−,RR1 2Si−,R1 3Si−,R2JSi−, RJ2Si−,J3Si−,R1 2Si−,R1J2Si−,RR1JSi−,R2GS i−,RG2Si−,G3Si−,R1 2GSi−,R1G2Si−,RR1GSi− ,RJGSi−,J2GSi−,G2JSi−,及びR1JGSi−(ここに 、R、R1、J及びGは上に定義された通りである)から選ばれるシリル基であ り; xは0又は約200迄の値をとる数字であり; zは1〜約200−xの値をとる数字であり; sは0又は約40迄の値をとる数字であり; tは0又は約40迄の値をとる数字であり;そして qは1〜約75の値をとる数字であり; 但し、前記エポキシポリシロキサンは少なくとも1つのG基及び少なくとも1 つのJ基を有し、G基対J基の比は約1:10〜2:1であり、J基及びG基の 合計数はシロキサン単位の合計数の約20%未満である。 3.前記粘着剤が貯蔵弾性率少なくとも約8×105ダイン/cm2を有する請求 の範囲1の複合構造体。 4.前記粘着剤が貯蔵弾性率少なくとも約1×106ダイン/cm2を有する請求 の範囲1の複合構造体。 5.前記粘着剤が合成ブロックコポリマー接着剤である請求の範囲1の複合構 造体。 6.前記粘着剤が天然ゴム接着剤である請求の範囲1の複合構造体。 7.前記粘着剤がアクリレートコポリマー接着剤である請求の範囲1の複合構 造体。 8.テープの形をした請求の範囲1の複合構造体。 9.前記テープが渦巻き型に巻かれてロールになっている請求の範囲8の複合 構造体。 10.前記第1及び第2の基材が同じ成分である、請求の範囲1の複合構造体 。
