Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車の電子制御式の連続可変伝動装置(10)のための電気油圧式変速制 御装置であって、ポンプ(51)によって圧力媒体を供給される変速比制御弁( 23)を備えており、変速比制御弁の弁部材(24)が電磁石(27)によって 摺動可能であり、かつ変速比制御弁が圧力管路(19)を介して伝動装置の配設 のディスク対を負荷するようになった形式のものにおいて、弁部材(24)が制 御圧力管路(43,43′)を介して制御圧力で負荷可能であり、制御圧力がポ ンプ(51)の送出量に依存していることを特徴とする、電気油圧式変速制御装 置。 2.弁部材(24)に対してばね部材(30)が作用しており、ばね部材の力の 作用が制御圧力の作用に対抗している、請求項1記載の電気油圧式変速制御装置 。 3.制御圧力の増大時に伝動装置の配設のディスク対(11)が、伝動装置(1 0)の変速比が小さくなるように変速比制御弁(23)を介して負荷されるよう になっている、請求項1または2記載の電気油圧式変速制御装置。 4.制御圧力管路(43,43′)が圧力媒体管路(44;40,21)と結合 されており、圧力媒体管路内の結合箇所の下流側に狭窄部(45;52)が 配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電気油圧式変速制御 装置。 5.狭窄部が一定の絞り箇所である、請求項4記載の電気油圧式変速制御装置。 6.狭窄部(52)が可変の横断面を持っている、請求項4記載の電気油圧式変 速制御装置。 7.狭窄部(52)が圧力制限弁である、請求項6記載の電気油圧式変速制御装 置。 8.狭窄部(52)が流量調整弁である、請求項6記載の電気油圧式変速制御装 置。 9.制御圧力が常時変速比制御弁(23)の弁部材(24)に存在している、請 求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の電気油圧式変速制御装置。 10.制御圧力管路(43,43′)内に閉止弁が配置されており、閉止弁が変速 比制御弁の電磁式駆動の故障時に流過位置へ切換えられるようになっている、請 求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の電気油圧式変速制御装置。
