- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シリカ/アルミナモル比が500以下であるアルミノシリケートゼオライ ト触媒の形状選択性を変化させる方法であって、触媒を、少なくとも2つの外部 での選択性化シーケンスに付することを含んでなり、外部での各選択性化シーケ ンスが、触媒を担体内で選択性化剤に接触させる工程および続いて触媒を焼成す る工程を含む方法。 2.触媒作用を有するモレキュラーシーブが、2〜6回の範囲で外部での選択 性化シーケンスによって変性される請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.選択性化剤が、有機ケイ素化合物である請求の範囲1または2記載の方法 。 4.選択性化剤が、シリコーン、シリコーンポリマー、シラン、アルコキシシ ランおよびアミノシランから選ばれる請求の範囲3記載の方法。 5.選択性化剤が、式: [式中、R1およびR2は水素、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシル基、アルキル基、アルコ キシ基、ハロゲン化アルキル基、アリール基、ハロゲン化アリール基、アルアル キル基、ハロゲン化アルアルキル基、アルカリル基およびハロゲン化アルカリル 基からなる群から独立して選ばれ、nは2〜1000の範囲の値である。] により特徴付けられる繰り返し単位を有するシリコーンポリマーから選ばれ、有 機シランが、式: [式中、R3、R4、R5およびR6はそれぞれ、水素、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシル基 、アルキル基、アルコキシ基、アミノアルキル基、ハロゲン化アルキル基、アリ ール基、ハロゲン化アリール基、アルアルキル基、ハロゲン化アルアルキル基、 アルカリル基およびハロゲン化アルカリル基からなる群から選ばれる。] に従う請求項3記載の方法。 6.担体が有機相である請求の範囲1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.有機担体が、直鎖、分枝および環状の炭化水素を含んでなる請求の範囲6 記載の方法。 8.有機担体が、少なくとも7個の炭素原子を有するパラフィンである請求の 範囲6または7記載の方法。 9.担体が水相を含む請求の範囲1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.水相が、選択性化剤および界面活性剤を含むエマルジョンを含んでなる 請求の範囲9記載の方法。 11.ゼオライトが、12〜100のシリカ対アルミナモル比を有する請求の 範囲1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.ゼオライトが、20〜60のシリカ対アルミナモル比を有する請求の範 囲1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.各焼成工程を、少なくとも250℃の温度にて行う請求の範囲1記載の 方法。 14.変性した触媒作用を有するモレキュラーシーブを、1%〜100%の水 蒸気、100℃〜600℃の温度、0.07〜350kPa(0.01〜50psia) の圧力を含んでなる条件下で、0.1〜12時間の時間で水蒸気処理する工程を 更に含んでなる請求の範囲1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.変性した触媒作用を有するモレキュラーシーブを、その場でトリム選択 性化する工程を更に含んでなる請求の範囲1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。 16.その場でのトリム選択性化が、変性した触媒作用を有するモレキュラー シーブを、パラフィン、シクロパラフィン、オレフィン、シクロオレフィン、芳 香族化合物、アルコール、アルデヒド、エーテル、ケトン、フェノール、複素環 式化合物およびそれらの混合物から選ばれる熱分解性の有機化合物に、熱分解性 の有機化合物の分解温度を越える温度で接触させることを含んでなる請求の範囲 13記載の方法。 17.その場でのトリム選択性化工程が、変性した触媒作用を有するモレキュ ラーシーブと、アルキル置換ベンゼンおよび有機ケイ素トリム選択性化剤を含ん でなる反応ストリームとを、アルキル置換ベンゼンの形状選択的不均化のための 反応条件にて接触させることを含んでなる請求の範囲13記載の方法。 18.ゼオライトが1〜12の拘束指数を有する請求の範囲1〜17のいずれ かに記載の方法。 19.ゼオライトがZSM−5である請求の範囲1〜18のいずれかに記載の 方法。 20.請求の範囲1〜19のいずれかに記載の方法によって変性されたゼオラ イト触媒の、パラ選択性のアルキル芳香族化合物転化方法における使用。 21.転化方法が、アルキルベンゼンのパラジアルキルベンゼンへの選択的不 均化である請求の範囲16記載の使用。 22.アルキルベンゼンがトルエンまたはエチルベンゼンである請求の範囲1 6または17記載の使用。
