- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.物質の組成物であって、 (i)水性ポリマー溶液または水性ポリマーエマルジョン; (ii) アナライト(analyte)を測定する試薬系、および (iii)前記溶液またはエマルジョンの粘着力を低下させるのに十分な量の 増量剤を含む組成物。 2.前記コポリマーが式: および [式中R1、R3およびR4は同一でも異なっていても良く、水素または非置換若しく は置換C1-C6アルキルであり、そしてR2は置換または非置換芳香族部分である] の2種のモノマーから形成される、請求項1の組成物。 3.R1、R3およびR4が水素であり、そしてR2はフェニルである、請求項2の組 成物。 4.前記ポリマーは水可溶性または水分散可能である、請求項1の物質の組成 物。 5.前記ポリマーはコポリマーである、請求項1の物質の組成物。 6.前記コポリマーは式 の第一のモノマーと式 [式中、R1、R3およびR4は同一でも異なっていても良く、水素または非置換若し くは置換C1-C6アルキルであり、そしてR2は置換または非置換芳香族部分である ]の第二のモノマーとのコポリマーである、請求項5の物質の組成物。 7.前記増量剤がマイカである、請求項1の物質の組成物。 8.前記増量剤がクレーである、請求項1の物質の組成物。 9.前記試薬系は、前記アナライトと反応して第一の反応生成物を形成する酵 素、および前記反応生成物または前記第一反応生成物の反応により形成される第 二反応生成物と反応する指示薬分子、並びに前記反応体系での反応を含む、請求 項1の物質の組成物。 10. 前記指示薬が染料である、請求項9の物質の組成物。 11. 前記酵素がグルコースオキシダーゼである、請求項9の物質の組成物。 12. 前記試薬系がさらにペルオキシダーゼを含む、請求項1 1の物質の組成物。 13. 前記染料が3,3′,5,5′-テトラメチルベンジジンである、請求項10の 物質の組成物。 14. さらに界面活性剤を含む、請求項1の物質の組成物。 15. 前記界面活性剤がドデシルスルホン酸ナトリウムである、請求項14の物 質の組成物。 16. 前記増量剤が、前記組成物の約1〜25重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請 求項1の物質の組成物。 17. 前記増量剤が、前記組成物の約1〜10重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請 求項16の物質の組成物。 18. 前記増量剤が前記組成物の1〜3重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項 17の物質の組成物。 19. フィルム形態における請求項1の物質の組成物及び不活性支持体を含む 、試料中のアナライトを測定するのに有用な分析器具。 20. 前記試料を請求項1の物質の組成物と接触させ、そして前記アナライト と、前記アナライトの指示薬としての前記試薬系との反応により形成される検出 可能な信号の形成を測定することを含む、試料中のアナライトを測定する方法。 21. 前記試料を請求項19の分析要素と接触させ、そして前記アナライトと、 前記アナライトの指示薬としての前記試薬系との反応により形成される検出可能 な信号の形成を測定することを含む、試料中のアナライトを測定する方法。
