Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式(I) (式中、単位Aは導電性ポリマーのモノマーを表し、単位Bはヌクレオチド、オ リゴヌクレオチド又はそれらの類自体の一つを表し、x,y及びzは1又は1以 上の整数、或いはyは0表し、lは共有結合又はスペーサー手を表す。)のコポ リマー。 2.Aが、ポリアセチレン、ポリアジン、ポリ(p−フェニレン)、ポリ(p− フェニレンビニレン)、ポリピレン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリフラ ン、ポリセレノフェン、ポリピリダジン、ポリカルバゾール及びポリアニリンか らなる群から選択されるECPのモノマー単位である請求項1記載のコポリマー 。 3.Aが、ポリピロール単位である請求項2記載のコポリマー。 4.x/y比が、1/5と1/100,000の間である請求項1〜3のいずれ か1つに記載のコポリマー。 5.lが、下記の式 −R1−[(CH2)n−R2]x−[(CH2)m−R3]y−(CH2)p− 〔式中、 ・nは1〜10の整数、 ・mは0又は1〜10の整数、 ・pは0又は1〜10の整数、 ・xは0又は1〜8の整数、 ・yは0又は1〜8の整数、 ・R1、R2及びR3は、同一又は異なっていてもよい、 CH2、O、S、NR′、CO、CH=CH、NR′CO、CONR′、NHS O2、 (式中、R′は水素原子又はC1〜C12アルキル鎖を表す)を示す〕に対応する スペーサ手である請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のコポリマー。 6.少なくとも以下の工程、 ・一般式(II) −〔A*〕x−〔A〕y− (II) (式中、A,x及びyは請求項1と同義、及びA*は官能化Aを表す)のコポリ マーを製造する第1工程、 ・式(II)のポリマーに、一般式(III) l*−〔B〕z (III) (式中、B及びzは上記定義と同義、l*はA*に結合することができる活性化手 である。)の少なくとも1つの基のコポリ マーを結合する第2工程、 からなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の一般式(I)のコポリマーの製造 方法。 7.一般式(II)のコポリマーの製造のための工程及び/又は一般式(III)の 基の結合のための工程が、電気化学的反応によって行われる請求項6記載の製造 方法。 8.少なくとも以下の工程、 ・一般式(IV) (式中、A、B、z及びlは上記定義と同義である。) の化合物を製造する工程a) ・化合物(IV)をモノマーAと共重合する工程b)、 からなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の一般式(I)のコポリマーの製造 方法。 9.工程b)が、化合物(IV)とモノマーAとの電気化学的共重合によって行わ れる請求項8記載の製造方法。 10.Bzが、いくつかの後続する工程において、さらに伸長し、これら工程の それぞれが、1つ以上の単位Bの結合からなる請求項6〜9のいずれか1つに記 載の製造方法。 11.Bzの伸長が、一連の電気化学的反応を伴う請求項10 記載の製造方法。 12.電極表面上で行われる請求項7、9及び11いずれか1つに記載の製造方 法。 13.少なくとも1つのヌクレオチド、或いは少なくとも1つのオリゴヌクレオ チドを共有結合によって、結合した支持体の導電性ポリマーの用途。 14.ポリヌクレオチドが、支持体に合成された請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに 記載のコポリマーの用途。 15.ハイブリット形成が、核酸に支持される請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記 載のコポリマーの用途。 16.表面が、式(I)のコポリマーを有するコーティングからなる請求項1〜 5のいずれか1つに記載の電極。 17.同一又は異なってもよい請求項16記載の1つ以上の電極からなる装置で 、核酸合成及びハイブリット形成反応を提供する装置。 18.いくつかの電極が、それぞれ異なった基Bzを有する少なくとも2つから なる請求項17記載の装置。
