Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ボーンセメントを供給する装置であって、前記装置が、 前記ボーンセメントを格納する手段と、 前記ボーンセメントを格納する前記手段を前記装置内部に支持する手段と 、 前記ボーンセメントを格納する前記手段に作用して前記装置から前記ボー ンセメントを供給させる手段とを含み、 前記ボーンセメントを格納する前記手段が可撓である装置。 2.前記ボーンセメントが少なくとも第1成分と第2成分とをミックスするこ とにより形成され、前記ボーンセメントを格納する前記手段が、 前記第1成分及び前記第2成分を操作可能に格納する可撓容器であって、 前記可撓容器が、前記ボーンセメントの前記第1成分を操作可能に格納する第1 コンパートメントと、前記ボーンセメントの前記第2成分を操作可能に格納する 第2コンパートメントとを含む前記可撓容器と、 前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとを一時的に分離 する手段とを含み、 前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとを一時的に分離 する前記手段を前記可撓容器から除去することにより、前記ボーンセメントを形 成すべく前記第1成分及び前記第2成分のミキシングが可能となる請求項1記載 の装置。 3.前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとを一時的に分離 する前記手段が、前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとの間 に位置されたヒートシールを含む請求項2記載の装置。 4.前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとを一時的に分離 する前記手段が、前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとの間 に位置された接着性シールを含む請求項2記載の装置。 5.前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとを一時的に分離 する前記手段が、 外部保持部材と、 前記外部保持部材により受容される内部保持部材とを含み、 前記外部保持部材及び前記内部保持部材が、前記外部保持部材と前記内部 保持部材との間で前記可撓容器と係合する請求項2記載の装置。 6.前記第1コンパートメントと連通しているノズルをさらに含む請求項2記 載の装置。 7.前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントとを一時的に分離 する前記手段が、 引延ばされたC形の外部保持部材と、 前記引延ばされたC形の外部保持部材により受容される引延ばされたI形 内部保持部材とを含む請求項6記載の装置。 8.前記第1コンパートメント及び前記第2コンパートメントが、可撓なフィ ルムからなる第1パネルにより部分的に形成される請求7記載の装置。 9.少なくとも第1成分と第2成分とをミックスすることにより形成されるボ ーンセメントを準備し、供給する方法であって、前記方法が、 前記第1成分及び前記第2成分を可撓なパッケージ内に位置するステップ を含み、前記可撓なパッケージが少なくとも第1コンパートメントと第2コンパ ートメントとを有し、前記第1コンパートメントが前記第1成分を操作可能に格 納し、前記第2コンパートメントが前記第2成分を操作可能に格納し、前記第1 コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントが一時的なシールにより切り離さ れており、また前記方法が、 前記一時的なシールを除去するステップと、 前記ボーンセメントを形成すべく、前記可撓なパッケージを操作すること により前記第1成分と前記第2成分とをミックスするステップと、 前記可撓なパッケージを操作することにより前記ボーンセメントを供給す るステップとを含む方法。 10.前記可撓なパッケージをボーンセメントガンに挿入するステップと、 前記ボーンセメントが前記可撓なパッケージから供給されるように前記ボ ーンセメントガンを操作するステップとをさらに含む請求項9記載の方法。 11.前記第1成分及び前記第2成分を可撓なパッケージ内に位置する前記ステ ップが、 可撓なフィルムからなる第1パネルを設けるステップと、 可撓なフィルムからなる第2パネルを設けるステップと、 前記第1パネルを前記第2パネルに部分的にシールして、前記可撓パッケ ージを部分的に形成するステップと、 前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成して、前 記第1コンパートメントを部分的に形成しまた前記第2コンパートメントを部分 的に形成するステップと、 前記可撓なパッケージを前記ボーンセメントの前記第1成分で満たすステ ップと、 前記第2コンパートメントを前記ボーンセメントの前記第2成分で満たす ステップと、 前記第1パネルの残りの部分を前記第2パネルにシールして、前記可撓な パッケージを完全に形成するステップとを含む請求項9記載の方法。 12.前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成する前記 ステップが、前記第1パネルを前記第2パネルにヒートシールするステップを含 む請求項11記載の方法。 13.前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成する前記 ステップが、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルに接着するステップを含む請求項 11記載の方法。 14.前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成する前記 ステップが、細長いC形外部保持部材と細長いI形内部保持部材との間で前記第 1パネル及び前記第2パネルを挟むステップを含み、また前記I形内部保持部材 が前記C形外部保持部材により受け取られる請求項11記載の方法。 15.前記第1成分と前記第2成分とをミックスする前記ステップが、前記第1 成分と前記第2成分とがミックスされている間前記第1成分及び前記第2要 素からの蒸気発生を制限するステップを含む請求項9記載の方法。 16.前記第1成分及び前記第2成分とをミックスする前記ステップが、前記第 1成分及び前記第2成分をミックスし、その間前記可撓なパッケージが当初のま ま変化しないステップを含む請求項15記載の方法。 17.少なくとも第1成分及び第2成分とから形成されたボーンセメントをパッ ケージングする方法であって、前記方法が、 可撓なフィルムからなる第1パネルを設けるステップと、 可撓なフィルムからなる第2パネルを設けるステップと、 前記第1パネルを前記第2パネルに部分的にシールして、可撓なパッケー ジを部分的に形成するステップと、 前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成して第1 コンパートメントを形成すると共に第2コンパートメントを部分的に形成するス テップとを含み、前記第1コンパートメントが前記ボーンセメントの前記第1成 分を含み、また前記方法が、 前記可撓なパッケージを前記ボーンセメントの前記第1成分で満たすステ ップと、 前記第2コンパートメントを前記ボーンセメントの前記第2成分で満たす ステップと、 前記第1パネルの残りの部分を前記第2パネルにシールして、前記可撓容 器を完全に形成するステップとを含む方法。 18.前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成する前記 ステップが、前記第1パネルを前記第2パネルにヒートシールするステップを含 む請求項17記載の方法。 19.前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成する前記 ステップが、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルに接着するステップを含む請求項 17記載の方法。 20.前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に一時的なシールを形成する前記 ステップが、細長いC形外部保持部材と細長いI形内部保持部材との間で前 記第1パネル及び前記第2パネルを挟むステップを含み、また前記I形内部保持 部材が前記C形外部保持部材により受け取られる請求項17記載の方法。 21.液体成分及び粉末成分をパッケージングする可撓容器であって、前記液体 成分及び前記粉末成分が前記容器内でボーンセメントを形成すべくミックスされ 、また前記容器が、 前記容器を第1コンパートメント及び第2コンパートメントに分割し前記 液体成分と前記粉末成分とを互いに隔離する分割手段と、 前記第2コンパートメントと連通しているバキュームリザーバ手段とを含 み、 前記第1コンパートメントが前記液体成分を含むと共に前記第2コンパー トメントが真空状態で前記粉末成分を含み、 前記バキュームリザーバ手段が充分な大きさのサイズを有し、前記粉末成 分の隙間に残留しているガスの事実上全部を確実に吸収し、それゆえ前記分割手 段が解放されたとき前記液体成分及び前記粉末成分の完全なミキシングを保障す る可撓容器。 22.前記第2コンパートメントから延び且つ前記第2コンパートメントと連通 している細長いポケット部分であって、前記バキュームリザーバ手段が前記ポケ ット部分内に位置されているポケット部分を有する請求項21記載の容器。 23.前記バキュームリザーバが細長い中空のシリンダを含み、前記シリンダが 内部部分を有し且つ少なくとも一端でフィルタ成分によって閉じられ、前記シリ ンダの内部が減圧下で前記前記粉末成分の隙間に残留しているガスを取込み且つ 保持するのに十分な容積を有する請求項22記載の容器。 24.前記バキュームリザーバが連続気泡発泡体で形成された細長いシリンダを 有し、前記連続気泡発泡体が減圧下で前記前記粉末成分の隙間に残留しているガ スを取込み且つ保持するのに十分な自由容積を有する請求項22記載の容器。 25.前記分割手段が前記第1コンパートメントと前記第2コンパートメントと の間にヒートシールを有し、前記ヒートシールが、 前記液体成分を前記第2コンパートメント内に通す開口部と、 前記ヒートシールに対して取外し可能な結合関係にあり前記開口部を取外 し可能に閉じるクランプとを含む請求項21記載の容器。 26.前記粉末成分の前記液体成分に対する重量比が約3未満である請求項21 記載の容器。 27.前記粉末成分の前記液体成分に対する重量比が約1.8より大きく約2. 5未満である請求項21記載の容器。 28.前記バキュームリザーバの容積が、前記粉末成分内の前記自由容積の約0 .05倍より大きい請求項21記載の容器。 29.前記バキュームリザーバの前記容積が、前記粉末成分内の前記自由容積の 約2倍から約4倍である請求項28記載の容器。 30.前記粉末成分の大部分が、約25μmより大きな直径を有する球状粒子か ら構成される請求項21記載の容器。
