Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基準マーカー・アセンブリーであって: 空隙を含む生体適合性材料から構築されたハウジングを有する画像形成マーカ ー、 を含んで成り、その空隙が一定量の画像形成材料を含むように形作られているよ うな基準マーカー・アセンブリー。 2.画像形成マーカーを支持するためのベースであって、組織へのそのベース の装着に適合する手段をもつベース; 上記画像形成マーカーを上記ベースと脱着可能な状態で固定するコネクター; 及び画像形成マーカーの空隙をその空隙内に含まれる画像形成マーカーの洩れに 対してシールする手段、 をさらに含んで成る、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.空隙をシールするための手段が、画像形成マーカーのハウジングに確実に 固定されるキャップである、請求項2に記載の装置。 4.空隙をシールする手段が、突出ボスを含むキャップを含み、そしてベース が、そのキャップのボスがそのソケットと対合し、そしてそれにより、そのキャ ップとそのベースとの間に連結を形成することができるようなサイズの対応のソ ケットを含むような、請求項2に記載の装置。 5.シーリング手段が、ベースとの脱着可能なアタッチメントとして複数の延 長アームを提供されている、請求項2に記載の装置。 6.ベースが、組織へのその装着を容易にするためのネジを含む、請求項2に 記載の装置。 7.ベースが、溝を提供され、そしてシーリング手段の延長アームが、それと の接続のためにそのベース上の溝と協同する突出部分において終っている、請求 項5に記載の装置。 8.マーカー・ハウジングが、その容量中心が、その中に定められる空隙の容 量の中心と一致するような形状である、請求項1に記載の装置。 9.マーカー・ハウジングが、形状において筒状である、請求項1に記載の装 置。 10.マーカー・ハウジングが、ポリマーから作られている、請求項1に記載の 装置。 11.マーカー・ハウジングが、コンピュータ連動断層撮影スキャンにおいて画 像形成可能なマーカーを与えるのに有効な量において放射線−不透明な物質によ りドープされる、請求項1に記載の装置。 12.放射線−不透明な物質が、高原子番号をもつ原子を含む化合物を含んで成 る、請求項11に記載の装置。 13.原子が、バリウム、チタン、銀、金、及び白金から成る群より選ばれる、 請求項12に記載の装置。 14.元素が、塩として提供される、請求項13に記載の装置。 15.塩が、約400mg/mlまでの濃度において提供される、請求項13に記載の装 置。 16.空隙が、高原子番号をもつ原子を含む化合物を含む第一溶液を含む、請求 項1に記載の装置。 17.空隙が、バリウム、ヨウ素、チタン、金、タンタン、銀、白金、及び鉄か ら成る元素の群から選ばれた原子を含む化合物の第一水溶液を含む、請求項1に 記載の装置。 18.第一水溶液中に提供される元素の濃度が、その溶液の放射線−不透明性に より満たされた容量を与えるのに有効な量において存在する、請求項17に記載の 装置。 19.第一水溶液が、イオヘキソールを含む、請求項18に記載の装 置。 20.第一水溶液が、硝酸銀を含む、請求項18に記載の装置。 21.第一水溶液が、イオタラメート・メグルミンを含む、請求項18に記載の装 置。 22.硝酸銀の濃度が、約350mg/mlである、請求項20に記載の装置。 23.硝酸銀の濃度が、約200mg/mlであり、そして、空隙が約0.5mMの濃度にお いて、ガドペンテテート・ジメグルミン−DPTAの第二水溶液を含む、請求項20に 記載の装置。 24.イオタラメート・メグルミンの濃度が、約175mgヨウ素/mlであり、そし て、空隙が、約0.5mMの濃度においてガドペンテテート・ジメグルミン−DPTAの 第二水溶液を含む、請求項21に記載の装置。 25.イオタラメート・メグルミンの濃度が、約165mgヨウ素/mlである、請求 項21に記載の装置。 26.空隙が、核磁気共鳴画像形成下で画像形成されることができる化合物の水 溶液を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 27.化合物が、ガドペンテテート・ジメグルミン−DPTAである、請求項26に記 載の装置。 28.ガドペンテテート・ジメグルミン−DPTAが、約0.5mMの濃度において提供 される、請求項27に記載の装置。 29.マーカーの空隙が、その空隙内で混合物を形成するように混和性である第 一及び第二水溶液を提供され: その第一溶液が、放射線不透明であり;そして その第二溶液が、核磁気共鳴下で画像形成性である、請求項1に記載の装置。 30.第一溶液が、硝酸銀であり、そして第二溶液が、ガドペンテ テート・ジメグルミン−DPTAである、請求項29に記載の装置。 31.硝酸銀の濃度が、約350mg/mlであり、そしてガドペンテテート・ジメグ ルミン−DPTAの濃度が、約0.5mMである、請求項30に記載の装置。 32.第一溶液が、イオタラメート・メグルミンであり、そして第二溶液が、ガ ドペンテテート・ジメグルミン−DPTAである、請求項29に記載の装置。 33.イオタラメート・メグルミンの濃度が、約175mlヨウ素/mlであり、そし てガドペンテテート・ジメグルミン−DPTAが約0.5mMである、請求項32に記載の 装置。 34.基準マーカー・アセンブリーが、その装置が移植される間の期間にわたり 組織の湾曲を生じさせずに患者内へのそのアセンブリーの長−期間移植を許容す るようなサイズである、請求項1に記載の装置。 35.画像形成マーカーが、放射性アイソトープを含む、請求項1に記載の装置 。 36.コンピュータ連動X−線断層撮影及び核磁気共鳴画像形成を含む数種の画 像形成モダリティーの下で画像形成性である基準マーカーを提供する方法であっ て: コンピュータ連動X−線断層撮影の下で画像形成性である第一画像形成剤をそ のマーカーに提供し;そして 核磁気共鳴画像形成の下で画像形成性である第二水性画像形成剤をそのマーカ ーに提供する、 段階を含んで成り、 各画像形成剤により定められる基準マーカーの領域の中心が、一致し、これに より、それぞれの画像形成モダリティーにより得られる画像の適正な記録を可能 にする、ような方法。 37.基準マーカーの使用方法であって: ベース部分を組織に固定し; そのベースに脱着可能な状態で固定されることができる少なくとも1の画像形 成マーカーを提供する、 ことを含んで成る方法。 38.画像形成マーカーが、1以上の画像形成モダリティーの下で画像形成性で あるマーカーを与える剤を提供される、請求項37に記載の方法。 39.複数のマーカーが提供され、その中のそれぞれが、少なくとも1の画像形 成モダリティーの下での画像形成について最適化されている、請求項37に記載の 方法。 40.基準マーカー・アセンブリーであって: 生体適合性材料から構築されたハウジングをもつ画像形成マーカーを含んで成 り、そして 第一画像形成モダリティーの下で画像形成性である第一量の材料;及び 第二画像形成モダリティーの下で画像形成性である第二量の材料を含むような 基準マーカー・アセンブリー。 41.コンピュータ連動X−線断層撮影及び核磁気共鳴画像形成を含む数種の画 像形成モダリティーの下で画像形成性である基準マーカーを提供する方法であっ て: 1の画像形成モダリティーの下で画像形成性である第一画像形成剤をそのマー カーに提供し;そして それが第二画像形成モダリティーにおいて生成された画像空間内に位置決めさ れることができるようなマーカーを構築する、 段階を含んで成る方法。 42.1以上の画像形成モダリティーの画像空間内に基準マーカー を位置決めする方法であって: 第一画像形成モダリティーの下で、画像形成性である第一画像形成剤をそのマ ーカーに提供し; そのマーカーが第一画像形成モダリティーにより生成された画像形成空間内で 位置決めされることができるように、第一画像形成モダリティーの下で、画像形 成性である第一画像形成剤を含む画像形成マーカーを含む解剖学的構造の一部を スキャニングし;そして第二画像形成モダリティーを提供する画像形成装置の物 理空間内にそのマーカーを位置決めし、そしてその物理空間内のそのマーカーの 位置をその画像形成装置により生成された画像形成空間内の対応の位置に関係付 ける、 段階を含んで成る方法。
