Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(i)一種以上の不純物を含み、該不純物の少なくとも一つが2-アルキ ル-α-オレフィン異性体である中鎖長直鎖型α-オレフィン原料を供給する工程 、(ii)該供給物を穏やかな条件下、固体酸触媒上を通過させ、該異性体を選択的 に二重結合異性体化する工程、 (iii)場合により、該異性体化されたオレフィンを蒸留により分離する工程、 (iv)実質上、2-アルキル−α-オレフィン異性体を含まない、中鎖長直鎖型α -オレフィン原料を回収する工程を含んでなる、少なくとも一種の2-アルキル- α-オレフィン異性体を含む中鎖長直鎖型α-オレフンより、少なくとも一種の2 -アルキル-α-オレフィン異性体を除去することによる、中鎖長直鎖型α-オレフ ィンの精製方法。 2.炭素原子数が5から8である2-エチル−α-オレフィンに適用することを 特徴とする、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.該穏やかな条件が、温度が−10℃から+50℃、圧力が0.01から1 .0MPa、また直線空間速度が1から50l/l・hであることを特徴とする 請求の範囲1または2記載の方法。 4.該穏やかな条件が、温度が+20℃から+30℃、圧力が大気圧に等しく 、また直線空間速度が10から20l/l・hであることを特徴とする請求の範 囲3記載の方法。 5.反応条件下で試験を行った時、該固体酸触媒が、純粋な中鎖長直鎖型α- オレフィンを3%未満転化し、純粋な2-エチル−α-オレフィン異性体を95% より多く転化するようなものであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1から4のい づれかに記載した方法。 6.反応条件下で試験を行った時、該固体酸触媒が、純粋な中鎖長直鎖型α- オレフィンを1%未満転化し、純粋な2-エチル−α-ォレフィン異性体を99% より多く転化するようなものであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1から5のい づれかに記載した方法。 7.該固体酸触媒が、非フッ素化酸性架橋スルホン酸樹脂であることを特徴と する、請求の範囲1から6のいづれかに記載した方法。 8.該樹脂が非オレフィン系溶媒で洗浄することにより再生されることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲6に記載した方法。 9.該樹脂が強い酸性溶液で洗浄することにより再生されることを特徴とする 、請求の範囲6に記載した方法。 10.該固体触媒が直径0.5nm以上の多孔開口部を有する酸性ゼオライト であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1から6に記載した方法。 11.該ゼオライト触媒が、該ゼオライト骨格のSi/Al原子比が10から 100の間にあるシリコアルミネートであることを特徴とする請求の範囲10記 載の方法。 12.使用後の該固体触媒を水素の存在下、場合によっては、メタンまたは不 活性ガスの存在下、400℃から700℃の温度で処理することを特徴とする、 請求の範囲10または11のいづれかに記載した方法。 13.該固体ゼオライト触媒を酸素気流下、400℃から700℃の温度で焼 成し、再生することを特徴とする、請求の範囲10または11のいづれかに記載 した方法。 14.請求の範囲1から13のいづれかの方法で製造された実質上2-アルキ ル-α-オレフィンを含まない中鎖長直鎖型α-オレフィンの、ハイドロフォルミ ル化によるアルコール類、アルデヒド類の合成、オリゴ マ−化による合成潤滑剤類の製造及び共重合体類の製造を含む群より選択される プロセスでの、原料としての用途。
