(57)【要約】 【目的】車輛を水上で使用し、車輛の利用範囲を広げる
ものである。 【構成】車輛に支持器を介して浮力体を取り付け、車輛
を水上で使用する時、支持器により浮力体を水中に入
れ、浮力体の浮力で車輛を水上に押し上げ、車輛を船と
して使用する。

【産業上の利用分野】陸上と水上交通に関するものであ
る。

【従来の技術】一般的に車輛は陸上でしか利用できず、
船舶は水上でしか利用できない。特殊な例として水陸両
用車はあるが、価格が高く利用の分野は限られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】車輛を水上でも安い費
用で活用しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】車輛の必要な箇所に上下
に動かせる支持器を介して浮力体を取り付け、陸上で車
輛を使用するときは、支持器で浮力体を上に揚げ、水上
で車輛を使用するときは、支持器で浮力体を下げ、浮力
体の浮力で車体を水面上に押し上げて水上を移動させ
る。

【作用】車輛の必要箇所に上下に動かせる支持器を介し
て浮力体を取り付け、陸上で車輛を使用するときは、支
持器で浮力体を上に揚げると浮力体は車輛の陸上使用の
妨げにならない。水上で車輛を使用するときは、支持器
で浮力体を下に下げ、水中に押し込むと浮力体の浮力で
車輛が水面上に押し上げられ車輛の水没による故障を防
止でき、水面走行のとき障害となる車輛による水中抵抗
を防ぐ事ができる。

【実施例】本発明は、自転車、オートバイ、自動車に応
用することができる。
【０００７】第１例 支持器の作動は車輛の自重により、手動、電動、油圧を
選択し作動させる。
【０００８】第２例 車輛の自重が大きく浮力体の体積が大きくなって陸上で
の使用に障害が出るときは、浮力体を風船のような構造
にして、水上で使用するときに浮力体に空気をいれて使
用する。
【０００９】第３例 水上で使用するときの推進器は別に設けるか、車輪に水
かき片を取り付けるか、タイヤに水かき用の突起を付け
て車輪を接水させ回転し推進する。

【発明の効果】本発明の車輛を用いると車輛の用途は大
きく広がり、陸上交通手段と水上交通手段の堺をなくす
ことができる。このため迅速な水難救助活動や警察活動
ができる他、広く一般の交通、レジャーにも応用するこ
とができ社会的利益は大きい。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】車輛の必要箇所に、上下に動かせる支持器
    を介して浮力体を取り付け、陸上で車輛を使用するとき
    は浮力体を上に揚げて使用し、水上で車輛を使用すると
    きは浮力体を下に下げて浮力体の浮力で車体を水面上に
    押上げて水上移動する浮力体付き水陸両用車。
