Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 手提げバッグにおける提げ手の握り部が不使
用時に垂れ下がるのを防止し、かつ、バッグ本体に対す
る提げ手の縫着箇所の強度を増大して破損しにくくす
る。 【構成】 帯状の提げ手１の取付端部２をバッグ本体５
に対し縦向き姿勢となし、提げ手１の握り部３を取付端
部２に対し垂直方向に折り曲げて横向き姿勢となし、そ
の取付端部２から握り部３へと変化する折り目４に沿っ
て斜め方向に提げ手１をバッグ本体５に対し縫着する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は手提げバッグ、特にその
提げ手の取付構造に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】一般的に、帯状の提げ手は、両端部がバ
ッグ本体に対し縦向き姿勢で縫着等の手段で接合されて
いる。そして、提げ手の中間部は握り部となるので横向
き姿勢となる。従って、全体的な提げ手の形状は概ね逆
Ｕ字状となる。従来のこのような提げ手は、特に布製な
どの柔かいものは、横向き姿勢の握り部が不使用時に垂
れ下がってしまうので、外観上の見映えが良くない、邪
魔になる等の不満があった。また、両側の取付端部の縫
着箇所の強度が不十分で破損しやすいという問題もあっ
た。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上記の問題を
解決すること、すなわち、提げ手の握り部が不使用時に
垂れ下がるのを防止することができ、かつ、バッグ本体
に対する提げ手の縫着箇所の強度が向上して破損しにく
い斬新な手提げバッグの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明の手提げバッグは、帯状の提げ手１の取付端
部２をバッグ本体５に対し縦向き姿勢となし、提げ手１
の握り部３を取付端部２に対し垂直方向に折り曲げて横
向き姿勢となし、その取付端部２から握り部３へと変化
する折り目４に沿って斜め方向に提げ手１をバッグ本体
５に対し縫着して成るものである。

【作用】縦向き姿勢の取付端部２から横向き姿勢の握り
部３へと変化する折り目４に沿って斜め方向に提げ手１
をバッグ本体５に対し縫着することによって、握り部３
の両端箇所が固定されて支持されることになるので、垂
れ下がりが防止される。また、提げ手１を折り目４に沿
って斜め方向に縫着すると、従来のように横方向に縫着
するよりも縫着部位が増えるので強度が増大する。

【実施例】以下、図示した本発明の実施例について説明
する。この実施例は、図１又は図３に示すように、バッ
グ本体５に対し長短２組の提げ手６，１を取付けてい
て、バッグ本体５と提げ手１，６は共に柔かい布製であ
る。ここで、長い方の提げ手６の取付構造は従来例と同
様であり、短い方の提げ手１に対し本発明が実施されて
いる。
【０００７】すなわち、短い方の帯状の提げ手１は、図
２に示すように、その取付端部２をバッグ本体５に縫着
してある縦向きの補強帯１０に重ね合せて縦向き姿勢で
縫着し、提げ手１の中間部の握り部３を取付端部２に対
し垂直方向に折り曲げて横向き姿勢となし、その取付端
部２から握り部３へと変化する境界部分の略４５°傾斜
した折り目４に沿って斜め方向に提げ手１をバッグ本体
５に対し縫着しているものである。図中、符号７がその
斜め方向の縫着跡を示す糸目である。
【０００８】尚、長い方の提げ手６は、その取付端部８
を短い提げ手１の取付端部２の上に重ね合わせてバッグ
本体５に対し一体的に縫着している。図中、符号９がそ
の長い提げ手６の取付端部８の縫着跡を示す糸目であ
る。
【０００９】図１は、短い方の提げ手１の不使用状態を
示しており、その握り部３は両端が上記のように斜め方
向に縫着されて支持されているので、垂れ下がらずに横
向きの水平姿勢を維持している。
【００１０】また、図３は短い方の提げ手１を使用する
場合の状態を示しており、その握り部３の両端が上記の
ように斜め方向に縫着されているので、バッグ本体５に
対する提げ手１の取付強度が増大している。

【発明の効果】本発明は上記の通りであり、提げ手１の
不使用時における垂れ下がりを防いで外観を見映の良い
ものとすることができ、かつ、提げ手１の取付強度を増
して破損を防止するという効果がある。

  1. 【請求項１】 帯状の提げ手１の取付端部２をバッグ本
    体５に対し縦向き姿勢となし、提げ手１の握り部３を取
    付端部２に対し垂直方向に折り曲げて横向き姿勢とな
    し、その取付端部２から握り部３へと変化する折り目４
    に沿って斜め方向に提げ手１をバッグ本体５に対し縫着
    して成る手提げバッグ。
