Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、火災による温度上昇をサーミスタ，白金線等
の温度センサにより感知するところの火災報知設備にお
ける火災感知器に関する。
［従来の技術］ 火災による温度上昇をサーミスタ，白金線等の温度セン
サにより検出し、火災の発生を感知する火災感知器が従
来より製作されている。これらの火災感知器にあって
は、温度センサを外界から保護する目的から、温度セン
サの外部雰囲気に露出した部分を金属管あるいは樹脂管
の中に収めていた。
［考案が解決しようとする課題］ 上記のように温度センサを金属管あるいは樹脂管内に収
めると、熱容量が大きくなり、応答性が悪くなる。そこ
で、応答性を良くするためには温度センサを外部雰囲気
に露出させなければならないが、それでは温度センサを
外界から加えられる衝撃等から保護することができな
い。また、金属管内に収めたときに得られる電気的外来
ノイズに対するシールド効果も得られない。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 本考案による火災感知器は、温度センサの周囲を、シー
ルドケースに電気的に接続された導電性網材からなる保
護カバーにより覆うことにより上記課題を解決したもの
である。
［実施例］ 以下図面に基づいて本考案による火災感知器を説明する
と、第１図はその一実施例における外観図であって、本
体２の前面中央部にはサーミスタあるいは白金線等から
なる温度センサ３が、周囲を金網等の導電性網材からな
る保護カバー１によって覆われている。さらに衝撃等か
らの保護を補強する目的から、温度センサ３の周囲には
本体２前面よりプロテクタ４が突設されている。本体２
内部には、温度センサ３より得られる温度信号を感知信
号に変換する電気回路が内蔵されており、この電気回路
は、電気的外来ノイズの影響を排除するために、シール
ドケース内に収容されている。温度センサ３周囲の様子
は、第１図の要部Ａを拡大した第２図の部分拡大図によ
って明らかとなる。すなわち、保護カバー１はキャップ
状の形状を成しており、温度センサ３に直接接触するこ
とがないように周囲を覆っている。この保護カバー１は
本体２内のシールドケースに電気的に接続されている。
なお、上記実施例では導電性網材として金網を例示した
が、導電性樹脂，孔明き金属薄板等を用いてもよい。
また、本体２前面にプロテクタ４を設けて補強を行なっ
たが、保護カバー１が強固なものであれば、設けなくと
もよいのは勿論である。
〔考案の効果〕
以上のように、本考案による火災感知器は、温度センサ
の周囲を、シールドケースに電気的に接続された導電性
網材からなる保護カバーにより覆ったがため、温度セン
サを外界から加えられる衝撃等から保護すると共に、保
護カバーの網目を通して温度センサが外部雰囲気に直接
露出されるので、応答性が低下することがなく、更に保
護カバー自体がシールド効果を有するので、電気的外来
ノイズによって誤動作することが無くなる。

図面は本考案による火災感知器の一実施例を示すもので
あって、第１図はその外観図、第２図は第１図の要部Ａ
を拡大した部分拡大図であって、両図を通して同一部分

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】本体外部雰囲気に露出し、火災による温度
    上昇を感知するサーミスタ，白金線等からなる温度セン
    サと、電気的外来ノイズの影響を排除するシールドケー
    ス内に収容されて本体内部に設けられ、上記温度センサ
    より得られる信号を処理する電気回路とを有する火災感
    知器において、 上記温度センサの周囲を、上記シールドケースに電気的
    に接続された導電性網材からなる保護カバーにより覆っ
    たことを特徴とする火災感知器。
