Claims (9)
- 1.1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタンを含有している1,1,1,2−テ トラフルオロエタンを、3.8Å〜4.8Åの範囲内の平均(mean)細孔径 をもつゼオライトと接触させることからなる、1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロ エタンから1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタンを除去する方法。
- 2.前記ゼオライトが約3.8Å〜約4.2Åの範囲内の平均(mean)細孔 径をもつものである請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.前記ゼオライトが5A合成ゼオライト触媒又は天然産のチャバザイトゼオラ イトである請求項1記載の方法。
- 4.1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタンを含有している1,1,1,2−テ トラフルオロエタンの流れを液相又は気相の状態で、約1μm〜約5cmの範囲 内の平均粒径をもつゼオライト粒子の吸着床上に通すことからなる請求項1記載 の方法。
- 5.1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン蒸気を10〜3600hr−1のガ ス単位時間当たり空間速度でゼオライト上に通す請求項4記載の方法。
- 6.1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンが液相の状態にあるものであり且つ 液体単位時間当たり空間速度が1〜30hr−1である請求項4記載の方法。
- 7.温度が約−30℃〜約100℃である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。
- 8.ゼオライトと接触させる1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンが1,1, 2,2−テトラフルオロエタンを約100〜約10000ppm含有するもので あり且つ請求項1記載の方法から回収される1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエ タンが1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタンを約50ppm未満含有するもの である請求項1記載の方法。
- 9.さらに請求項1記載の方法において使用した後のゼオライトをガス流中で加 熱しそれによって1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタンを脱離させることから なる請求項1記載の方法。
