Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記一般式で示される化合物。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ ここに、R1はヒドロカルビルであり、イソプロペニル基はベンゼン環の3位ま たは4位の位置にある。 2.前記R1が、1〜6個の炭素原子を含むアルキル、シクロヘキシル、あるい はフェニルである請求の範囲第1項記載の化合物。 3.下記の繰り返し単位を有するポリマ。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ ここに、R1はヒドロカルビルであり、ベンゼン環は当該ベンゼン環の3位また は4位の位置で主ポリマ鎖に結合している。 4.前記R1が、1〜6個の炭素原子を含むアルキル、シクロヘキシル、あるい はフェニルである請求の範囲第3項記載のポリマ。 5.第三級イソシアナート、アリールイソシアナート、およびイソシアナート類 をカルボジイミド類に縮合するための触媒を、イソシアナート類がカルボジイミ ドへ変換するに十分に高い温度および十分な時間だけ、かつ第三級アリールカル ボジイミドが任意な反応のときより多くなる選択性で、接触させるステップを具 備する、第三級アリールカルボジイミド類の製造方法。 6前記触媒がホスホレンオキシドまたはトリアルシンオキシドである請求の範囲 第5項記載の製造方法。 7.約0℃〜約250℃の温度で実施する請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 8.前記アリールインシアナートが、フェニルイソシアナート、ビス(4−イソ シアナトフェニル)メタン、ジイソシアナトベンゼン、または2,4−トルエン ジイソシアナートである請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 9.前記第三級イソシアナートが、t−ブチルイソシアナート、1,4−ビス( 2−イソシアナト−2−プロピル)ベンゼン、2−(3−イソプロペニルフェニ ル)−2−イソシアナトプロパン、2−(4−イソプロペニルフェニル)−2− イソシアナトプロパン、または1,3−ビス(2−イソシアナト−2−プロピル )−ベンゼンである請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 10.第1の交互ユニットが芳香族炭素で隣接する2つのカルボジイミドに直接 結合し、第2の交互ユニットが第三級アルキル炭素原子で隣接する2つのカルボ ジイミドに直接結合している、交互ポリカルボジイミド。 11.ユニットの少なくとも80%が交互になっている請求の範囲第10項記載 のポリマ。 12.前記第1の交互ユニットが下記式のものであり、 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 前記第2の交互ユニットが下記式のものであり、▲数式、化学式、表等がありま す▼ 前記第2の交互ユニットが1,3または1,4環置換である、請求の範囲第10 項記載のポリマ。 13.1種またはそれ以上のジイソシアナート類をトリアリールアルシンオキシ ドと、元のイソシアナート基の90%以上を反応させる十分高い温度および十分 な時間だけ、かつ存在する第一級および第二級イソシアナート基が存在するイソ シアナート基の総量の10%未満となるように接触させるステップを具備する、 カルボジイミド類重合体の製造方法。 14.前記トリアリールアルシンオキシドが、初期に存在するイソシアナート化 合物の約0.0001重量%〜3重量%存在する、請求の範囲第13項記載の方 法。 15.前記トリアリールアルシンオキシドが、初期に存在するイソシアナート化 合物の約0.01重量%〜0.5量%存在する、請求の範囲第14項記載の方法 。 16.前記カルボンジイミド重合体は、元のイソシアナート基の約95%以上が 反応している、請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 17.前記温度が0℃〜300℃である、請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 18.前記温度が約20℃〜約200℃である、請求の範囲第17項記載の方法 。 19.前記温度が約110℃〜約170℃である、請求の範囲第18項記載の方 法。 20.前記トリアリールアルシンオキシドがトリフェニルアルシンオキシドであ る、請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 21.溶媒が存在する、請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。
