Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.三次元編組構造体からなる、内腔面および外面を有する軟組織管状プロテー ゼ。 2.編組体の隣接層間に結合ヤーンを有する多層の三次元編組構造体がなる、請 求の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 3.三次元編組構造体が中実三次元編組体からなる、請求の範囲第1項記載のプ ロテーゼ。 4.三次元編組構造体が少なくとも第1および第2の二次元編組層からなり、前 記第2層が前記第1層上に編組されて、三次元構造体を形成している、請求の範 囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 5.第1および第2層か相互に機械的に接合されている、請求の範囲第4項記載 のプロテーゼ。 6.三次元編組構造体か半径方向に自己支持性を有する構造体である、請求の範 囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 7.三次元編組構造体が合成材料から形成される、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロ テーゼ。 8.合成材料が熱可塑性ポリマーからなる、請求の範囲第7項記載のプロテーゼ 。 9.三次元編組構造体が2〜10編組層を有する、請求の範囲第2項記載のプロ テーゼ。 10.三次元編組構造体が2〜10編組層を有する、請求の範囲第4項記載のプ ロテーゼ。 11.内腔面が低い多孔度を有する、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 12.外面が比較的高い多孔度を有し、身体内に移植された時、周囲組織の内方 成長を促進するようにした、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 13.三次元編組構造体が約100より小さい、水透過度により決定される多孔 度を有する、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 14.外面が内腔面の平均孔寸法より大きい平均孔寸法の孔を有し、前記孔寸法 が三次元編組構造体において、内腔面から外面まで漸進的に変化している、請求 の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 15.孔が内腔面から外面まで曲がりくねった通路を形成している、請求の範囲 第14項記載のプロテーゼ。 16.三次元編組構造体がこ又構造体からなる、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテ ーゼ。 17.三次元編組構造体が成形マンドレル上に形成されて、対応する形状の編組 体が形成される、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 18.成形マンドレルがテーパを有する、請求の範囲第17項記載のプロテーゼ 。 19.三次元編組構造体が内腔面および外面間に異なる特性を有する、請求の範 囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 20.編組構造体が約20〜1000デニールの繊維から形成された、請求の範 囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 21.三次元編組構造体が少なくとも一つの溶融性要素から形成されて、編組体 の解け抵抗およびほぐれ抵抗を増大している、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテー ゼ。 22.プロテーゼの長手方向伸張性を制御するため、少なくとも一つの軸方向ヤ ーンが三次元編組構造体に挿入された、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。 23.軸方向ヤーンが着色されて、外科医が移植作業中、プロテーゼのねじれを 防止することを助けるようにしている、請求の範囲第22項記載のプロテーゼ。 24.置換される自然体腔の内径に対応する外径を有するマンドレルを選択し、 前記マンドレル上に三次元編組構造体を編組する工程、から成る軟組織プロテー ゼとして用いる管状三次元編組構造体の製造方法。 25.三次元編組構造体を洗浄または洗い流す工程を有する、請求の範囲第24 項記載の方法。 26.管状三次元編組構造体を十分な温度および時間で加熱し、編組構造体を形 成する合成材料を熱固定する工程を有する、請求の範囲第24項記載の方法。 27.三次元編組構造体が硬質要素と溶融性要素を有する、請求の範囲第24項 記の方法。 28三次元編組構造体を加熱し、溶融性要素を溶融し、編組構造体を一体的に接 合する工程を有する、請求の範囲第27項記載の方法。 29.三次元編組構造体が半径方向の自己支持性構造を有する、請求の範囲第2 4項記載の方法。 30.三次元編組構造体がコラーゲンを含浸されて、編組体に漏出抵抗を与える ようにした、請求の範囲第1項記載のプロテーゼ。
