Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.錫含有量1.45〜1.7重量%、鉄含有量0.15〜0.4量量%、クロ ム含有量0.1〜0.3重量%、ニッケル含有量0.08重量%まで、シリコン 含有量0.005〜0.012重量%、酸素含有量0.05〜0.012重量% 及び炭素含有量0.02重量%以下を含みまた析出された合金添加物の平均粒径 0.03〜0.1μmを有する沸騰水形原子炉の燃料要素用ジルカロイの合金添 加物を有するジルコニウム合金からなる材料。 2.平均粒径が0.03〜0.1μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載 の材料。 3.最低含有量がクロムで0.12重量%及びシリコンで0.007重量%であ り、最高含有量がクロムで0.25重量%、ニッケルで0.05重量%、酸素で 0.11重量%及び炭素で0.015重量%であり、ニッケル及び酸素の最低含 有量並びに錫、鉄及びシリコンの最高含有量をジルカロイ2の基準値によって規 定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の材料。 4.最低含有量が錫で1.45重重%、鉄で0.20重量%、クロムで0.l0 重量%、シリコンで0.007重量%及び酸素で0.07重量%、最高含有量が クロムで0.25重量%、酸素で0.I1重量%及び炭素で0.015重量%で あり、錫及び鉄の最高含有量がジルカロイ4の値に相当することを特徴とする請 求項1又は2記載の材料。 5.請求項1ないし4の1つに記載の材料からなる沸騰水形原子炉の燃料要素用 の構造部分、特に燃料棒被覆管。 6.請求項1ないし4の1つに記載の材料からなる被覆管及びその厚さが被覆管 の厚さ全体の約5〜20%であり、0.2〜0.8重量%の鉄からなる合金添加 物を有する工業的に純粋なジルコニウムを含んでいる内部層からなる内張りを有 する沸騰水形原子炉用燃料棒。 7.内張りの鉄含有量が少なくとも約0.3%であることを特徴とする請求項6 記載の燃料棒。 8.内張りの鉄含有量が多くても約0.6%、有利には約0.5%であることを 特徴とする請求項6記載の燃料棒。 9.錫含有量1.45〜1.7重量%、鉄含有量0.15〜0.4重量%、クロ ム含有量0.1〜0.3重量%、ニッケル含有量0.08重量%までのジルコニ ウム合金からなり、その厚さが被覆管の厚さ全体の約5〜20%であり、0.2 〜0.8重量%の鉄からなる合金添加物を有する工業的に純粋なジルコニウムを 含んでいる内部層からなる内張りを有する沸騰水形原子炉用燃料棒の被覆管。 10.ジルコニウム合金がシリコン含有量0.005〜0.012重量%、酸素 含有量0.05〜0.012重量%及び炭素含有量0.02重量%以下を含み、 及び鉄含有量が少なくとも0.3重量%の内部層を有していることを特徴とする 請求項9記載の被覆管。 11.ジルコニウム合金がシリコン含有量0.005〜0.012重重%、酸素 含有量0.05〜0.012重量%及び炭素含有量0.02重量%以下を含みま た鉄含有量が多くても0.6重量%、有利には約0.5重量%の内部層を有して いることを特徴とする請求項9記載の被覆管。 12.請求項9ないし11の1つに記載の被覆管を有していることを特徴とする 沸騰水形原子炉用燃料棒。
