Description
Claims (19)
- 1.熱可塑性合成重合体を含んでなり、そして中空でない軸方向の芯および4個 の実質的に等間隔の連続的な非円形空隙、約6%〜25%の空隙含量、並びに実 質的に凸または凹曲線のない4側面断面輪郭により特徴づけられる、それぞれの 空隙が輪郭の側面上に実質的に集中している連続的フィラメント。
- 2.熱可塑性合成重合体を含んでなり、そして中空でない軸方向の芯および4個 の実質的に等間隔の連続的な円形空隙、約6%〜25%の空隙含量、並びに実質 的に凸または凹曲線のない4側面断面輪郭により特徴づけられる、それぞれの空 隙が輪郭の側面上に実質的に集中している連続的フィラメント。
- 3.熱可塑性合成重合体を含んでなり、そして中空でない軸方向の芯および4個 の実質的に等間隔の連続的な三角形状空隙、約6%〜25%の空隙含量、並びに 実質的に凸または凹曲線のない4側面断面輪郭により特徴づけられる、それぞれ の空隙の頂点が芯の中央縦軸に向いており、そしてそれぞれの空隙の基部が輪郭 の側面上に実質的に集中している連続的フィラメント。
- 4.空隙が実質的に等寸法である請求の範囲第1、2、または3項に記載の連続 的フィラメント。
- 5.重合体がポリオレフィン類、ポリアミド類、およびポリエステルからなる群 から選択される請求の範囲第1、2、または3項に記載の連続的フィラメント。
- 6.重合体がポリプロピレンである請求の範囲第5項に記載の連続的フィラメン ト。
- 7.重合体がナイロン66である請求の範囲第5項に記載の連続的フィラメント 。
- 8.重合体がポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求の範囲第5項に記載の連続 的フィラメント。
- 9.請求の範囲第1、2、または3項に記載のフィラメントを含んでなるカーペ ット糸。
- 10.請求の範囲第9項に記載の糸を含んでなるカーペット。
- 11.4側面スロット付き毛管により連結されている上部および下部表面を有す るプレートを含んでなり、ここでスロットが実質的に等間隔の非円形部分を規定 しており、それぞれの部分が実質的に毛管の側面上に集中している紡糸口金。

- 13.4側面スロット付き毛管により連結されている上部および下部表面を有す るプレートを含んでなり、ここでスロットが実質的に等間隔の三角形部分を規定 しており、それぞれの部分の頂点が毛管の中央縦軸に向いておりそしてそれぞれ の部分の基部が実質的に側面上に集中している紡糸口金。
- 14.熱可塑性合成重合体を含んでなり、そして中空でない軸方向の芯および4 個の実質的に等間隔の連続的なV形空隙、約6%〜25%の空隙含量、並びに実 質的に凸または凹曲線のない4側面断面輪郭により特徴づけられる、それぞれの 空隙の頂点が芯の中央縦軸に向いており、そしてそれぞれの空隙の切り欠きが実 質的に側面上に集中している連続的フィラメント。
- 15.空隙が実質的に等寸法を有する請求の範囲第14項に記載の連続的フィラ メント。
- 16.重合体がポリオレフィン類、ポリアミド類、およびポリエステルからなる 群から選択される請求の範囲第14項に記載の連続的フィラメント。
