Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 1. −一方において、少なくとも1種の植物保護製品を含有する少なくとも1種の第 一の液体組成物、および−他方において、少なくとも1種の非植物毒性発泡剤を 含有する、第二の組成物から形成された発泡物、を同時に種子に施用し、 該二種の組成物を種子との接触に別々に導くとともに前記種子の均質でかつ一様 な被覆を確実にするのに十分な時間の環混合するところの植物種子の植物保護方 法。
- 2.植物保護製品は、所望により制御された発芽を助けるところの他の添加剤、 および湿潤剤、分散剤、着色剤、付着剤並びに安定剤と組合せて、殺ダニ、およ び/または殺虫、および/または殺菌、および/または栄養有効成分より成ると ころの請求項1記載の植物保護方法。
- 3.植物保護製品は、種子100kg当り50gないし3kg(液体組成物なら ば50m1ないし3l)の濃度で存在するところの請求項2記載の方法。
- 4.上記発泡剤は、ノニオン、アニオン、カチオンもしくは両性界面活性剤、ま たはこれら数種の混合物であるところの請求項1ないし請求項3のうちいずれか 一項記載の植物保護方法。
- 5.発泡物は、空気またはガスを加圧下にて第二の組成物の中に射出することに より形成されるところの請求項1ないし請求項4のうちいずれか一項記載の植物 保護方法。
- 6.第二の組成物は、発泡安定剤、例えばコプラジエタノールアミドを付加的に 含有するところの請求項1ないし請求項5のうちいずれか一項記載の植物保護方 法。
- 7.第二の組成物は、その付着力を増大するところの添加剤を付加的に台有する ところの請求項1ないし請求項6のうちいずれか一項記載の植物保護方法。
- 8.非植物毒性発泡剤は、種子100kg当り0.05gないし100gの濃度 で存在する界面活性剤であるところの請求項1ないし請求項7のうちいずれか一 項記載の植物保護方法。
- 9.種子は、連続的に処理されているところの請求項1ないし請求項8のうちい ずれか一項記載の植物保護方法。
- 10.種子は、非連続的に処理されているところの請求項1ないし請求項8のう ちいずれか一項記載の植物保護方法。
- 11.上記発泡剤は、ノニオン界面活性剤、特にエトキシル化されたポリフルオ ロ化アルコールであるところの請求項1ないし請求項10のうちいずれか一項記 載の植物保護方法。
- 12.上記発泡剤は、アニオン界面活性剤、特にナトリウムα−オレフィンスル ホネートであるところの請求項1ないし請求項10のうちいずれか一項記載の植 物保護方法。
- 13.上記発泡剤は、カチオン界面活性剤、特にアルキルベンジルトリメチルア ンモニウムクロリドであるところの請求項1ないし請求項10のうちいずれか一 項記載の植物保護方法。
- 14.上記発泡剤は、両性界面活性剤、特にベタインであるところの請求項1な いし請求項10のうちいずれか一項記載の植物保護方法。
- 15.請求項1ないし請求項14のうちいずれか一項記載の方法の実施を可能に するところの植物保護装置であって、ガス(6;24)および発泡剤を含有する 組成物(2;22)を導入し得るところの開口を備えた第一の発泡物形成室(1 3;29)より成りそして、該開口の下流に、少なくとも1個の篩(14;32 )を含みて成る発泡物形成装置(図1および図2)から成り、この第一の室は発 泡物を圧縮しかつ組織作るための第二の室(18;36)へと連続しており、第 二の室は発泡物の出口ノズル(20;38)内で終止しており、該発泡物形成装 置は、ノズルを介してまたは本組成物を流動および/または噴霧ならしめるあら ゆる装置を介して、種子を混合するためのシステムを備えた容器と結合しており 、該容器は植物保護製品を含有する第一の組成物のための入口システムを付加的 に備えているところの植物保護装置。
- 16.ガス入口(24)および発泡剤を含有する組成物の入口(22)は放射状 に反対方向に配置されているところの、請求項15記載の発泡物形成室を含む植 物保護装置。
- 17.ガス入口(6)および発泡剤を含有する組成物の入口(2)は互いに垂直 に配置されているところの、請求項15記載の発泡物形成室を含む植物保護装置 。
- 18.そのメッシュ開口が250ないし2500μmの寸法である篩(14;3 2)を含みて成るところの、請求項15ないし請求項17のうちいずれか一項記 載の発泡物形成室を含む植物保護装置。
- 19.メッシュ寸法250ないし2500μmの篩(14)の上流に、3ないし 10mmの多形開口を有する第一の篩(12)を含みて成るところの、請求項1 8記載の発泡物形成室を含む植物保護装置。
