Claims (10)
- 1.次のアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチド:【配列があります】 又はそれの機能的同等物又はそれのフラグメント。
- 2.次のアミノ酸配列を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載のポリペプチドフラグメ ント 【配列があります】。
- 3.請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のペプチドをエンコードするcDNA分子 であり、第1図中に示すヌクレオチド97から186又はヌクレオチド97から 145又は機能的同等の配列のような特定な配列を有するcDNA分子。
- 4.ヒトのプレプロガラニンとペプチドに合体したガラニンmRNAをエンコー ドするDNA分子であって、第1図中の又は機能的同等の配列のような特定の配 列を有するcDNA分子。
- 5.DNA配列を抑制させ及びヒトのガラニンを回復する条件のもとで請求の範 囲第3項又は第4項のDNA分子で細胞を形質転換することを備えたヒトのガラ ニンの製造方法。
- 6.前記細胞が細菌である請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。
- 7.ヒト対象者における膵臓の機能を調整する方法であって、請求の範囲第1項 又は第2項に記載のペプチドの医学的に有効な量を、対象者に投与することを備 えた前記の方法。
- 8.ヒト対象者における成長ホルモンの生産を刺激する方法であって、請求の範 囲第1項又は第2項に記載のペプチドの医学的に有効な量を、対象者に投与する ことを備えた前記の方法。
- 9.ヒト対象者における心臓迷走神経機能を希釈する方法であって、請求の範囲 第1項又は第2項に記載のペプチドの医学的に有効な量を、対象者に投与するこ とを備えた前記の方法。
- 10.ガラニンの拮抗又は阻害活性のための化合物をスクリーニングする方法で あって、細胞受容体に結合及び競金的結合する化合物の生物学的な評価のため請 求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載されたペプチドに競合する化合物の能力を評価 することを備えた前記の方法。
