Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約30重量%〜約55重量%の第1のビニル末端のコポリマー(約80モル %〜約95モル%のジメチルシロキサンと約5モル%〜約20モル%のジフェニ ルシロキサンを有し、その第1のビニル末端のコポリマーは、約400cps〜 約2500cpsの第1のビニル末端コポリマー粘度になるに充分な分子量を有 する); 約45重量%〜約70重量%の第2のビニル末端のコポリマー(約80モル〜約 95モル%のジメチルシロキサンと約5モル%〜約20モル%のジフェニシロキ サンを有し、そして、その第2のビニル末端のコポリマーは、約250cps〜 約9500cpsの第2のビニル末端コポリマー粘度になるような充な分子量を 有する):及び オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン架橋剤を含有する組成で、眼内レン製造 に有用な高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 2.更に、充填剤材料及び白金触媒を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 3.該第1のビニル末端のポリシロキサンは、式▲数式、化学式、表等がありま す▼ (式中、Rは、−CH3、CH=CH2よりなる群から選択された一価の有機基 あり、n+mは、約400cps〜約2500cpsの第1のビニル末端コポマ ー粘度になるに充分な整数である)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記の高 屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 4.該第2のビニル末端のポリシロキサンは、式▲数式、化学式、表等がありま す▼ (式中、Rは、−CH3、CH=CH2よりなる群から選択された一価の有機基 であり、n+mは、約4000cps〜約9500cpsの第2のビニル末端コ ポリマー粘度になるに充分な整数である)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 5.前記の第1のビニル末端のポリシロキサンは、約12モル%〜約18モル% のジフェニルシロキサンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高屈折率、 硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 6前記の第2のビニル末端のポリシロキサンは、約12モル%〜約18モル%の ジフェニルシロキサンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高屈折率、硬 化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 7.前記の第1のビニル末端のポリシロキサンの粘度は、約700cpsである ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン 組成物。 8.前記の第2のビニル末端のポリシロキサンの粘度は、約5000cpsであ ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサ ン組成物。 9.前記のオルガノハイドロジエンポリシロキサン架橋剤は、テトラキス(ジメ チルシロキサン)シラン及び、ジメチルシロキサン、ジフエニルシロキサンとメ チルハイドロシロキサンのターポリマーよりなる群から選択されることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 10.前記のシリカ充填剤は、約7ナノメーターの平均粒子径を有するヒューム ドシリカである請求項2に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組 成物。 11.更に、紫外線吸収化合物を含有する請求項1に記載の高屈折率、硬化性の ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 12.前記の紫外線吸収化合物は、ビニルヒドロキシフエニルベンゾトリアゾー ルである請求項11に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物 。 13.前記の紫外線吸収化合物は、シリコンハイドライドヒドロキシフェニルベ ンゾトリアゾールである請求項11に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシ ロキサン組成物。 14.約37重量%の第1のビニル末端のコポリマー(約82モル%〜約88モ ル%のジメチルシロキサンと約12モル%〜約18モル%のジフェニルシロキサ ンを有し、その第1のビニル末端のコポリマーは、約700cpsの第1のビニ ル末端コポリマー粘度になるに充分な分子量を有する)と、約52重量%の第2 のビニル末端のコポリマー(約82モル%〜約88モル%のジメチルシロキサン と約12モル%〜約18モル%のジフェニルシロキサンを有し、そして、その第 2のビニル末端のコポリマーは、約5000cpsの第2のビニル末端コポリマ ー粘度になるような充分な分子量を有する)を有するベース樹脂、及び、 ベース樹脂100部当り約11〜14部のヒュームドシリカ;ベース樹脂100 万部当り約5〜50部の白金含有触媒;ベース樹脂100部当り約1.5〜5部 のオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン架橋剤(テトラキス(ジメチルシロキ サン)シラン及び、ジメチルシロサン、ジフェニルシロキサンとメチルハイドロ シロキサンのターポリマーよりる群から選択された);及び ベース樹脂100部当り約0.1〜2部の紫外線吸収性化合物(ヒドロキシンゾ フェノン類及びヒドロキシフェニルベンゾトリアゾール類から選択されたを含有 する組成で、眼内レンズ製造に有用な高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノロキサン 組成物。 15.前記のヒュームドシリカは、ヘキサメチルジシラザン及び1.3−ジビニ ルテトラメチルジシラザンよりなる群から選択された化合物で表面処理されてい る請求項14に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 16.前記ビニルヒドロキシベンゾトリアゾールは、2−[5−クロロ−2H− ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル]−6−[1.1−ジメチルエチル]−4−[2 −プロベニロシプロピル]フェノールである請求項14に記載の高屈折率、硬化 性のポリオルガノロキサン組成物。 17.前記の2−[5−クロロ−2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル]−6− [1,1−ジメチルエチル]−4−[2−プロベニロキシプロピル]フェノール は、1,3,5,7−テトラメチルシクロテトラシロキサンでハイドロシリエー トされたものである請求項14に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキ サン組成物。 18.前記の2−[5−クロロ−2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル]−6− [1,1−ジメチルエチル]−4−[2−プロベニロキシプロピル]フェノール は、ジフェニルシロキサン、ジメチルシロキサン及びメチルハイドロジェンシロ キサンのターポリマーで、ハイドロシリエートされたものである請求項14に記 載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 19.前記のヒュームドシリカは、約7ナノメーターの平均粒子径を有する請求 項14に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 20.請求項1に記載の高屈折率、硬化性のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を硬 化せしめることにより得たポリオルガノシロキサンよりなるレンズであり、優位 なポストー曲げの光学的な解像力回復性を有するエラストメリックで、光学的に 透明で、高屈折率のレンズ。 21.前記のレンズは、眼内レンズである請求項20に記載のエラストメリック で、光学的に透明で、高屈折率のレンズ。
