Description
Claims (9)
- 1.交互に平滑な板および波状の板より成りとくに熱交換および湿気交換用のい わゆる交換接触体を製造するための波板構造を形成する方法において、たとえは 、ガラス繊維、セルローズなどのような成形可能な第1の紙ウエブのような最初 の材料を濃縮水ガラス溶液によって飽和させること、紙ウエブを水ガラスに対し て約45〜65%の乾燥固体含量まで乾燥させること、前記祇ウエブに波付けす ること、第2の紙ウエブを濃縮水ガラス溶液によって飽和させかつ前記ウエブを 乾燥させること、第2の紙ウエブを第1の紙ウエブと積層構造を形成するように 結合すること、積層構造を水ガラスに対して約60〜90%の乾燥固体含量まで 乾燥させることの各工程を有することを特徴とする波板構造を製造する方法。
- 2.第2の紙ウエブを好ましくはその一側から乾燥させること、第2の紙ウエブ を第2の紙ウエブの湿った側が波状の第1の紙ウエブと接触するように結合する ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波板構造を製造する方法。
- 3.紙ウエブを前記紙ウエブが水ガラス溶液によって飽和されるように水ガラス 溶液に通すことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の波板構造を製造する方法 。
- 4.紙ウエブを高温空気または赤外熱放射線によって乾燥させることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の波板構造を製造する方法。
- 5.第1の紙ウエブを水ガラスに対し約45〜55%の乾燥固体含量まで乾燥さ せることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の波板構造を製造 する方法。
- 6.交互に平滑なおよび波状のシートより成る積層構造を製造する請求項1ない し5のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施する装置において、第1の紙ウエブ(P 1)に濃縮水ガラス溶液を含浸させる装置(14,16)、前記含浸された紙ウ エブ(P1)を乾燥する乾燥装置(18,26)、第1の紙ウェブ(P1)に波 付けする装置(30)、第2の紙ウェブ(P2)を濃縮水ガラス溶液によって飽 和させる装置(36,38)、第2の紙ウエブ(P2)を乾燥させる乾燥装置( 40)、第1の紙ウエブ(P1)と第2の紙ウェブ(P2)とを結合させて積層 構造(L)を形成する装置、および製造された積層構造(L)を乾燥させる乾燥 装置(46)を有することを特徴とする積層構造製造装置。
- 7.乾燥装置(18,26,40,46)は赤外熱放射線によって作用される加 熱装置を有し、前記加熱装置は別々にまたは組合わせて使用されることを特徴と する請求項6に記載の積層構造製造装置。
- 8.第2の祇ウェブ(P2)の乾燥装置(40)は第1の低ウエブと接触するよ うになる側が一層湿っているように設置されることを特徴とする請求項6または 7に記載の積層構造製造装置。
- 9.紙ウェブ(Plp2)に含浸させまたは飽和させる装置は紙ウエブを水ガラ ス溶液を収容する容器(14,36)内に案内する案内装置(14,36)を有 することを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造製造装 置。
