Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリ陰イオン酸に共有結合したホウ酸からなる組成物。 2.ホウ酸がアミノフェニルホウ酸である請求項1の組成物。 3.ポリ陰イオン酸がポリアクリル酸、ポリアスパラギン酸、ヘパリン、カルボ キシメチルアミロースまたはポリグルタミン酸である請求項1の組成物。 4.血液試料中のヘモグロビンまたはグリコヘモグロビンを定量する方法であっ て、 8.試料の赤血球細胞を溶解させてヘモグロビンを放出させ;b.グリコヘモグ ロビンの場合には、前記試料から前記グリコヘモグロビンを分離し; c.ヘモグロビンまたはグリコヘモグロビンを蛍光化合物と接触させ; d.前記ヘモグロビンまたはグリコヘモグロビンで生じた蛍光消光を測定し; e.前記ヘモグロビンまたはグリコヘモグロビンの蛍光消光をヘモグロビンまた はグリコヘモグロビンの較正曲線と比較する ことからなる方法。 5.前記赤血球溶解が前記赤血球を活性剤と混合することからなる請求項4の方 法。 6.前記活性剤がTritonX−100である請求項5の方法。 7.前記グリコヘモグロビンの前記分離が、前記グリコヘモグロビンをグリコヘ モグロビンに特異的な特異結合物質と接触させて特異結合物質/グリコヘモグロ ビン複合体を形成し、前記試料から前記複合体を分離することからなる請求項4 の方法。 8.前記特異結合物質が固相と結合している請求項7の方法。 9.前記固相が粒子、フィルム、繊維、管またはウェルである請求項8の方法。 10.特異結合物質が、固相と結合した第二のポリイオン化合物に結合する第一 のポリイオン化合物に結合している請求項7の方法。 11.前記第一のポリイオン化合物がポリアスパラギン酸、ヘパリン、カルボキ シメチルアミロース、ポリグルタミン酸またはポリアクリル酸である請求項10 の方法。 12.前記第二のポリイオン化合物が高分子第四アンモニウム化合物、ジエチル アミノエチル−デキストランまたはMerqmatR100である請求項10の 方法。 13.前記固相が繊維マトリックスである請求項10の方法。 14.前記特異結合物質がジヒドロキシボリル部分、抗グリコヘモグロビン抗体 またはレクチンである請求項7の方法。 15.前記蛍光化合物がフルオレセン、ローダミン、ウンベリフェロンまたはそ の誘導体である請求項4の方法。 16.前記蛍光化合物が固相に結合している請求項4の方法。 17.血液試料中のグリコヘモグロビンを定量する方法であって、 a.試料の赤血球を溶解させてヘモグロビンを放出させ;b.前記ヘモグロビン と蛍光化合物を混合し、前記ヘモグロビンにより生じた蛍光消光を測定し; c.グリコヘモグロビンをヘモグロビンから分離し、前記グリコヘモグロビンを 前記蛍光化合物と接触させ、前記グリコヘモグロビンで生じた蛍光消光を定量し ;そしてd.前記ヘモグロビンの蛍光消光と前記グリコヘモグロビンの蛍光消光 を比較する ことからなる方法。 18.前記グリコヘモグロビンの前記分離が、前記グリコヘモグロビンをグリコ ヘモグロビンに特異的な特異結合物質と接触させて特異結合物質/グリコヘモグ ロビン複合体を形成し、前記試料から前記複合体を分離することからなる請求項 17の方法。 19.前記特異結合物質が粒子、または繊維マトリックスに結合した第二のポリ イオン化合物に結合している第一のポリイオン化合物に結合する請求項17の方 法。 20.ステップb及びcの蛍光消光測定を共通のマトリックスで実施する請求項 17の方法。 21.前記ステップcをステップbの前に実施し、ステップcの後で洗浄溶液で このマトリックスを洗浄する請求項20の方法。 22.前記洗浄用溶液が1,2−シスジオール化合物からなる請求項21の方法 。 23.前記1,2−シスジオール化合物がソルビトールである請求項21の方法 。
