Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 1.加圧力または圧力波を減衰または消散する異方性屈曲特性を有するハネカム パネルであって、 複数の隣接して規則正しく整形されたセルを得る、複数の孔を有するセル壁を形 成するように、互いに熱圧縮接着される弾性熱可塑性材料の帯状片から成るハネ カム心材、 前記セル壁の上端により形成される前記心材の上面に、熱と圧力を同時に加える 接着により熱圧縮接着される、弾性熱可塑性材料の第1の表面シート、および前 記セル壁の下端により形成きれる前記心材の下面に、熱と圧力を同時に加える接 着により熱圧縮接着される、弾性熱可塑性材料の第2の表面シートから構成され るハネカムパネル。
- 2.前記第1の表面シートは、その表面シートを通って前記セル中に連通する通 路を形成する孔の行列を備える請求項1に記載されるハネカムパネル。
- 3.前記第2の表面シートは、その表面シートを通って前記セル中に連通する通 路を形成する孔の行列を備える請求項1に記載されるハネカムパネル。
- 4.請求項1、2または3のいずれかに記載されるハネカムパネルのシートから 構成される、入れ物形成手段の1つ以上の壁へ適用される吸音材。
- 5.請求項1、2または3のいずれかに記載されるハネカムパネルから切断され た部材で構成される緩衝パッド。
- 6.前記材料は、熱可塑性エラストマーである請求項1、2または3のいずれか に記載されるハネカムパネル。
- 7.前記材料は、異なる材料の繊維を含む請求項1、2または3のいずれかに記 載されるハネカムパネル。
- 8.前記材料は、熱可塑性樹脂内に含まれる織布から構成される請求項1、2ま たは3のいずれかに記載されるハネカムパネル。
- 9.前記織布は、一方向、双方向、多方向および三軸方向の組織から成るグルー ブから選定された組織のものである請求項8に記載されるハネカムパネル。
- 10.前記第1と第2の表面シートは、前記ハネカム心材を密閉する密封したチ ャンバーを設けるように、互いに封止的に接合される請求項1に記載されるハネ カムパネル。
- 11.前記パネルの減衰または力散逸特性を変えるように、前記の密封したチャ ンバーへ気体を選択的に加えるか、またはそこから引き出す手段をさらに備える 請求項10に記載されるハネカムパネル。
- 12.前記チャンバーへ気体を選択的に加えるか、またはそこから引き出す前記 手段は、ポンプ手段と付属の弁手段とを備える請求項10に記載されるハネカム パネル。
- 13.加圧力または圧力波を減衰または消散する異方性屈曲特性を有するハネカ ムパネルであって、 複数の隣接して規則正しく整形されたセルを得るセル壁を形成するように、互い に熱圧縮接着される、弾性熱可塑性材料の帯状片から成るハネカム心材と、前記 セル壁の上端により形成される前記心材の上面に設けられる弾性熱可塑性材料第 1の表面シートであって、その第1の表面シートは前記心材との接合部に熱と圧 力を同時に加える接着により熱圧縮接着され、第1の表面シートを通して前記セ ル中に連通する通路を形成する孔の行列を備える第1の表面シートと、および 前記セル壁の下端により形成される前記心材の下面に、前記心材との接合部に熱 と圧力を同時に加える接着により熱圧縮接着される、弾性熱可塑性材料の第2の 表面シートとから構成される、 ハネカムパネル。
- 14.前記第2の表面シートは、前記第2の表面シートを通して前記セル中に連 通する通路を形成する孔の行列を備える請求項13に記載されるハネカムパネル 。
- 15.前記心材の壁は、そこに形成される連通する通路を形成する複数の穿孔を 有する請求項13または14に記載されるハネカムパネル。
