Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 1.金属組成として、銀または銀を含む合金または銀を含む複合マテリアルと0 .5から10重量%の炭素とからなる電気接点のための複合マテリアルであって 、10:1から1:10のマスレシオで、炭素繊維と組み合わされた炭素粉末が 粉末状の金属組成物と共に粉末冶金処理されて、炭素繊維の平均長さが炭素粉末 粒子の平均直径の2倍以上であるマテリアルに形成されていることを特徴とする もの。
- 2.該繊維の長さが10から100のファクターにより、粉末粒子の平均直径を 越えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1によるマテリアル。
- 3.該繊維の長さが炭素粉末粒子の平均直径の少なくとも2倍であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲1または2によるマテリアル。
- 4.該繊維の直径が4から20のファクターにより粉末粒子の平均直径を越えて いることを特徴とする先行請求の範囲いずれかによるマテリアル。
- 5.該繊維の平均直径が4から25マイクロメーターの間であり、粉末粒子の平 均直径が1および10マイクロメーターの間であることを特徴とする先行請求の 範囲いずれかによるマテリアル。
- 6.炭素粉末に対する炭素繊維のマスレシオが1:3および3:1、好ましくは 、1:1および3:1の間であることを特徴とする先行請求の範囲いずれかによ るマテリアル。
- 7.炭素コンテントのトータルが2から7重量%であることを特徴とする先行請 求の範囲いずれかによるマテリアル。
- 8.銀ベース合金マテリアルが銅および/またはニッケルを含むことを特徴とす る先行請求の範囲いずれかによるマテリアル。
- 9.0から2重量%の金属添加物を含み、金属添加物が金属Bi,Ca,Pb, SbおよびTeの一つまたは、それ以上のものであることを特徴とする先行請求 の範囲いずれかによるマテリアル。
- 10.金属添加物が少なくとも0.05重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする 先行請求の範囲いずれかによる半完成品のマテリアル。
- 11.請求の範囲1から10のいずれかによるマテリアルがコーエクストルージ ョンにより、半完成品のバッキングを構成する銀または銀−ニッケルに結合され ることを特徴とする電気接点のための半完成品を製造する方法。
