Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.人間又は動物の被術対象の骨(4)に取り付けられたインプラント(3)を 検査する方法であって、前記インプラント(3)に部材(1)を接触させる工程 と、この部材(1)がインプラント(3)に接触している状態においてこの部材 (1)の少なくとも一つの共振周波数を検出する工程と、検出された共振周波数 を、インプラント(3)の骨に対する取り付け具合として解釈する工程とを有す る検査方法。 2.更に、前記部材(1)を前記インプラント(3)に取り外し可能に取り付け る工程を有する請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記部材(1)は片持ちビームである請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.前記インプラント(3)はネジ穴を有し、前記片持ちビーム(1)は前記イ ンプラントにネジ止めされ又はねじ込まれる請求項3に記載の方法。 5.更に、検出された共振周波数を、他のインプラントと接触している同じ又は 類似の部材の共振周波数の一つ又は複数の値と比較する工程を有する請求項1〜 4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.更に、検出された共振周波数を、他のインプラントと接触している同じ又は 類似の部材について様々な時に得られた共振周波数の一つ又は複数の値と比較す る工程を有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.更に、前記部材をAC信号で励起し、前記部材のAC信号に対する反応を検 出し、該部材の検出反応が最大になるまで前記AC信号の周波数を変化させるこ とによって検出される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.更に、前記反応信号の電圧と前記励起信号の電圧との比である出力を取り出 す工程を有する請求項7に記載の方法。 9.人間又は動物の被術対象の骨(4)に取り付けられたインプラント(3)を 検査するための装置であって、前記インプラント(3)に取り外し可能に取り付 けられた部材(1)と、前記部材が前記インプラントに取り付けらた状態におい て該部材の少なくとも一つの共振周波数を検出するための手段(5,6)とを有 している検査装置。 10.前記部材(1)の少なくとも一つの共振周波数を検出する前記手段は、前 記部材をAC信号によって励起するための手段(5)と、前記部材の前記AC信 号に対する反応を検出するためのトランスデューサ(6)とを有し、前記AC信 号の周波数が変化され、前記部材の反応が最大である時を前記トランスデューサ (6)が検出するように構成されている請求項9に記載の装置。 11.前記励起手段(5,6)及び/又は検出手段が圧電素子を備え、この圧電 素子は、可変周波数発振器(7)によって駆動される励起手段を備える請求項9 又は10の装置。 12.前記部材(1)は片持ちビームである請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の 装置。 13.前記部材(1)はほぼL字形伏であって、前記ビームのベースリム部(1 a)をインプラントに取り付けるための手段(11)が設けられている請求項1 2に記載の装置。 14.前記ビームは、約1〜20KH、好ましくは約5〜15KH、更に好まし くは約10KHの周波数に於て共振するように構成されている請求項12又は1 3に記載の装置。
