Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 1.血液パラメタを測定するための装置であって、第1の波長特性を有する光と 前記第1の波長特性とは異なった第2の波長特性を有する光とを血液受け場所に 向けて放射するための少なくとも第1の光源と第2の光源と、 前記血液受け場所における血液との相互作用の後に前記第1の光源と前記第2の 光源とからの光を受けるための検出器と、前記第1の光源からの前記検出器にお ける光の強度が前記血流パラメタの値の範囲全体に亙って概ね一定不変であるよ うに、前記第1の光源によって放射される光の強度を調節し、且つ前記第2の光 源からの前記検出器における光の強度が前記血液パラメタの値の範囲全体に亙っ て概ね一定不変であるように、前記第2の光源によって放射される光の強度を調 節するための手段と、前記第1の光源と前記第2の光源の少なくとも一方の強度 に関係付けられ且つ前記血液パラメタの表示を与える信号を、供給するための手 段を含む前記装置。
- 2.前記信号が第1の光強度の関数であり、前記血液パラメタがヘマトクリット である請求範囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 3.前記信号が第1の光強度の関数であるが、第2の光強度の関数ではなく、前 記血液パラメタがヘマトクリットである請求範囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 4.前記信号供給手段が、第1の光強度と第2の光強度との比率の関数である信 号を供給し、前記血痕パラメタが酸素飽和である請求範囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 5.前記検出器が、前記検出器において受け取られる光の強度に関係付けられた 検出器信号を与え、前記強度調節手段が、前記第1の光源と前記第2の光源の強 度を調節するためのフィードバック信号を与えるように前記検出器信号に応答す るフィードバックループを含む請求範囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 6.前記第1の光源によって放射される光の強度が、前記第1の光源に対する所 与のフィードバック信号に比して相違し易く、従って、前記第1の光源によって 放射される光の強度が前記フィードバック信号に正確に従わず、前記装置が、前 記第1の光源によって放射される光の強度が前記所与のフィードバック信号によ り一層正確に従うことを生じさせるための手段を含む請求範囲第5項に記載の装 置。
- 7.前記第1の光源によって放射される光の強度が、予め決められた関係に従っ て前記フィードバック信号と共に変化するが、前記予め決められた関係から逸脱 し易く、前記装置が、前記予め決められた関係からの逸脱を低減させるための手 段を含む請求範囲第5項に記載の装置。
- 8.前記第1の光源によって放射される光の少なくとも一部分を受け取るための 基準検出器と、前記第1の光源によって放射される光の強度を調節するために、 前記基準検出器によって受け取られる光の強度に応答する回路手段とを含む請求 範囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 9.前記第1の光源によって放射される光の少なくとも一部分を受け取るための 基準検出器と、前記第1の光源によって放射される光の強度を調節するために、 前記基準検出器によって受け取られる光の強度と前記フィードバック信号とに応 答する回路手段とを含む請求範囲第5項に記載の装置。
- 10.前記血液受け場所を画定する、血液のための流動ハウジングを含む請求範 囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 11.血液パラメタを測定するための方法であって、第1の波長特性と第2の波 長特性を有する光を血液に当てることと、前記血液から受け取られ且つ前記第1 の波長特性と前記第2の波長特性を有する光を検出することと、 前記検出段階において検出された光の強度が、前記第1の波長特性と前記第2の 波長特性の各々に関して、前記血液パラメタの値の範囲全体に亙って一定不変で あるように、前記血液に当てられ且つ前記第1の波長特性と前記第2の波長特性 を有する光の強度を調節することと、前記第1の波長特性と前記第2の波長特性 の少なくとも一方を有する光の強度に関係付けられた信号を発生させることと、 前記信号に応答して前記血液パラメタの表示を生じさせることを含む前記方法。
