Description
Claims (4)
dass eine Pulskurve qualitativ mittels nur einer angesteuerten Lichtquelle erfaßt wird,
dass aus dieser Pulskurve markante Kurvenpunkte in Form von Maxima und Minima bestimmt werden, und
dass die Lichtquellen der übrigen Wellenlängen nur im Bereich dieser markanten Punkte angesteuert werden.
dass zum Weiterverarbeiten des Signals an den Photodetektor (1) nach einander ein Summierer (2), ein Verstärker (3) zum Verstärken und Fil tern, ein Analog-Digital-Wandler (4) und als Auswerteeinrichtung ein Prozessor (6) angeschlossen sind,
dass ein Ausgang des Prozessors (6) mit der Ansteuereinrichtung, die einen Digital-Analog-Wandler (7) und eine Stromquelle (8) aufweist, verbunden ist, wodurch die der Regelung der Amplituden (AC1 ... ACn) dienende weitere Regeleinrichtung gebildet wird,
dass ein weiterer Ausgang des Prozessors (6) über einen zweiten Digital- Analog-Wandler (5) mit dem Summierer (2) verbunden ist, wodurch die der Regelung der Gleichanteile (DC1 ... DCn) dienende Regeleinrichtung gebildet wird, und
dass der Digital-Analog-Wandler (7), die Stromquelle (8), der Analog- Digital-Wandler (4) sowie der Prozessor (6) zum getakteten Ansteuern mit einem Zeitgeber (10) verbunden sind.
