Claims (12)
- 1.ハウジング、このハウジング内に配置されたウエル、このウエルに隣接して 前記ハウジングに回転可能に設けられた容器を備え、流体を前記ウエルに連通さ せるための流体流通手段が前記容器に設けられており、流体を濾過して前記ウエ ル内へと透過させるために前記流体流通手段内に設けられたフィルターを備え、 及び前記容器に結合された毛細管配位子試験アセンブリを備えている、流体収集 及び試験装置。
- 2.前記毛細管試験アセンブリが、毛細管チューブ、この毛細管チューブ内に設 けられた膜及び前記毛細管チューブ内に設けられた吸収材料を備えており、特異 的な所定の配位子を捕捉するための結合部位を所定数育する指定配位子捕捉手段 が前記膜に設けられている、請求項1に記載の流体収集及び試験装置。
- 3.流体試験装置が、ハウジング、このハウジング内に配置されたウエル、前記 ハウジングに回転可能に設けられかつ前記ウエルに隣接して配置された容器、前 記ハウジング及び前記容器に設けられたキャップを備え、前記容器が、流体を前 記ウエルに連通させる流体流通手段を有する容器ハウジング、流体を濾過して前 記ウエル内へと透過させるために前記流体流通手段内に設けられたフィルター及 び前記容器ハウジングに結合された毛細管配位子試験アセンブリを備え;この毛 細管試験アセンブリが、毛細管チューブ、この毛細管チューブ内に設けられた膜 及び前記毛細管チューブ内に設けられた吸収材料を備えており、特異的な所定の 配位子を捕捉するための指定配位子捕捉手段が設けられた試験領域及び調整領域 内へと分割された膜ストリップを前記膜が備えている、流体試験装置。
- 4.体液を収集及び試験するための方法であって、a).着色標識手段を有する 配位子を第一の容器に充填する工程; b).前記第一の容器に隣接して配置された第二の容器に、試験すべき体液を充 填する工程; c).前記体液を前記第一の容器内へとフィルターを透過させることによって、 前記体液を前記第二の容器から前記第一の容器内へと分割する工程; d).前記第一及び第二の容器の間に相対回転を与えて前記第一の容器内への体 液流を遮断し、培養させて配位子複合体を生成させる工程; e).前記第一及び第二の容器の間に相対回転を与えて前記第一の容器を毛細管 アセンブリの反対側に位置させる工程;及び f).前記配位子複合体を、前記毛細管アセンブリに固定された抗原と反応させ る工程を有する、体液を収集及び試験するための方法。
- 5.流体収集及び試験装置が、 反応チャンバ: 前記反応チャンバに連絡してかつ連通可能に設けられた収集チャンバ;及び 流体中の少なくとも一種の所定の分析物の存在を示すための毛細管試験アセンブ リを備え、この毛細管試験アセンブリが前記反応チャンバと連通可能である、流 体収集及び試験装置。
- 6.前記反応チャンバが前記収集チャンバに対して第一及び第二の位置の間で移 動可能であり、これにより前記収集チャンバ内に存在する流体が、前記第一の位 置で前記反応チャンバ内に流れる、請求項5記載の流体収集及び試験装置。
- 7.前記反応チャンバが前記収集チャンバに対して第一及び第二の位置の間で移 動可能であり、これにより前記反応チャンバ内に存在する流体が、前記第二の位 置で前記毛細管試験アセンブリ内へと毛細管作用によって流れる、請求項5記載 の流体収集及び試験装置。
- 8.前記毛細管試験アセンブリが、前記した少なくとも一種の所定の分析物の存 在を示す少なくとも一種の固定化試薬を含む、請求項5記載の流体収集及び試験 装置。
- 9.前記した少なくとも一種の分析物が少なくとも一種の特異的配位子であり、 前記した少なくとも一種の固定化試薬が、前記した少なくとも一種の特異的配位 子と少なくとも一種の生体特異的複合体対を形成する能力がある、請求項8記載 の流体収集及び試験装置。
- 10.流体収集及び分析物の試験用のキットであって:(a)流体試料を収集し 、分析物の存在を試験するための装置であって: 反応チャンバ; 前記反応チャンバに連絡してかつ連通可能に設けられた収集チャンバ; 流体中の少なくとも一種の所定の分析物の存在を示すための、前記反応チャンバ と連通可能である毛細管試験アセンブリを備えた装置;及び (b)少なくとも一種の試験試薬 を備えた、流体収集及び試験用キット。
- 11.前記毛細管試験アセンブリが、前記した少なくとも一種の所定の分析物の 存在を示す少なくとも一種の固定化試薬を含む、請求項10記載の流体収集及び 試験用キット。
- 12.前記した少なくとも一種の試験試薬が、前記した少なくとも一種の所定の 分析物と相互作用して、前記した少なくとも一種の固定化試薬と相互作用しうる 生成物を生成する能力がある、請求項10記載の流体収集及び試験用キット。
