Claims (8)
- 1.必要な場合例えばスクリュー押し出し機、ラム押し出し機又は加圧焼結によ り既知の方法で製造し、その後0.5−1.5mmの厚さに剥離されたスキー− 皮膜ストリップ材料を最初に加熱領域に継続的に動かして140℃以上の温度に 均一に加熱し、その後冷却領域に動かして周囲と同等か又はそれ以下の温度に均 一に冷却することを特徴とする、超高分子量のポリエチレンを含むスキー−皮膜 材料のストリップの製造法。
- 2.スキー−皮膜ストリップ材料を加熱領域で赤外線により加熱することを特徴 とする、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 3.スキー−皮膜ストリップ材料を10−25、好ましくは13−20秒間加熱 することを特徴とする、請求の範囲1及び2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 4.ストリップ一様スキー−皮膜材料を、少なくとも一部が冷却サイジング装置 により形成されている冷却領域で10−20℃の温度に冷却することを特徴とす る、請求の範囲1−3のひとつに記載の方法。
- 5.スキー−皮膜ストリップ材料の滞留時間が8−30、好ましくは10−25 秒であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1−4に記載の方法。
- 6.結晶の割合が25−60%であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1−5のひ とつに記載の方法により製造されたスキー皮膜。
- 7.請求の範囲6に記載のスキー皮膜の、斜面スキーの製造への適用。
- 8.請求の範囲6に記載のスキー皮膜の、クロスカントリースキーの製造への適 用。
