Abstract

(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【構成】 水性媒体中に水溶性金属塩およびこの水溶性
金属塩に対応する金属を含み、互いに接触させた化粧用
組成物から成る安定した酸化還元電位を有する化粧用製
品。 【効果】 上記の化粧用製品の酸化還元電位の安定性
は、例えば化粧用組成物の性質、特に生理学的性質を非
常に良く保持することができる。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は金属塩および対応する金
属から成る安定した酸化還元電位を有する化粧用製品に
関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】化粧用組成物に単に金属塩を混入させる
ことは既に知られており、長い間利用されてきた。単に
金属を装飾用にまたは生理学的作用（遮蔽、反射）のた
めに添加することも既に記載されている。しかしなが
ら、化粧用製品の分野の従来技術において金属塩および
これらに対応する金属を同時に混入することは未だ見出
されていなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の目的は、水性
媒体中に水溶性金属塩とこの水溶性金属塩に対応する金
属を互いに接触させて成る化粧用組成物を用いる結果と
して、安定した酸化還元電位を有する化粧用製品を提供
することである。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】即ち、本発明は、水性媒
体中に水溶性金属塩およびこの水溶性金属塩に対応する
金属を含み、互いに接触させた化粧用組成物から成る安
定した酸化還元電位を有する化粧用製品である。化粧用
組成物は金属塩を含有し水性または水性−アルコール性
化粧用基剤から成る従来の化粧用組成物であってもよ
い。
【０００５】本発明では、金属塩は金属の単なる塩およ
び金属錯体の両者を示している。金属錯体の一例とし
て、アンモニア溶液、ＥＤＴＡ、ＨＥＤＴＡ、ＤＴＰ
Ａ、オロチン酸、尿酸、フィチン酸、エチドロニック・
アシッド、および／またはそれらの塩から選ばれる生成
物を用いて形成された錯体を挙げることができる。金属
塩の金属は、特に亜鉛、銅、鉄、モリブデン、バナジウ
ム、セレニウム、ニッケル、マンガンおよびチタンから
成る群から選ぶことができる。
【０００６】本発明によれば化粧用組成物と組み合わせ
て使用される金属性成分は、化粧用組成物中に分散した
粉末状および／または顆粒状の形態であることができ
る。また、例えば本発明の化粧用製品の容器を密封する
ため装置に結合した線の形で、または、特に本発明の化
粧用組成物を皮膚および／または爪、毛髪などの表皮性
産物（Phanere)に適用することを可能にする金属成分の
形態であってもよく、化粧用製品の容器の一部にこの成
分を型に入れて作る、押出成形または焼結する、貼付す
ること等が可能である。化粧用製品の容器は、さらに、
金属または金属の合金から作ることができ、その塩は化
粧用組成物に混入させる。
【０００７】本発明の化粧用製品の酸化還元電位の安定
性は、例えば化粧用組成物の性質、特に生理学的性質を
非常に良く保持することができる。本発明の好ましい金
属は、一般に、イオン化形態、錯体その他のものは、生
理学的活性を示す（例えば、金属酵素、金属タンパク
質、ヘムとの結合）、すなわち、特に亜鉛、銅、鉄、モ
リブデン、バナジウム、セレニウム、ニッケルおよびマ
ンガンから成る群から選ばれるものである。しかしなが
ら、酸化に対する保護の観点から亜鉛、バナジウムおよ
びチタンのような金属が好ましい。金属塩の好ましい割
合は、金属として表すとき組成物中に10ppm ないし１％
の間である。

【実施例】本発明による化粧用製品の２つの実施例を以
下に示す。 抗しわスキンケアクリーム（Antiwrinkle skin-care cream) 脱イオン水 qsp100 亜鉛ピロリドンカルボキシレート 1.00 グリセロール 1.00 １，３−ブタンジオール 5.00 乳酸ナトリウム 0.50 セチル硫酸ナトリウム 2.50 保存剤 qs パラ−メトキシケイ皮酸イソアミル 2.00 ガンマオリザノール 1.00 ラウリン酸エチルヘキシル 17.00 ペンタエリトリトールステアレート 3.00 １，２−プロパンジオールジエチルヘキサノエート 6.50 液体パラフィン 8.00 ハホウバ油 2.00 ＰＥＧ20ステアレート 0.75 グリセリルモノリノレエート 1.30 ソルビタンモノステアレート 1.50 ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン 4.00 ＤＬ−α−トコフェロール 0.10 レチノールパルミテート 0.15 ポリアクリルアミド 0.60 デオキシリボ核酸 0.30 コラーゲン（0.3 ％溶液) 3.00 香料 qs 瓶の蓋に取りつけた純亜鉛線と組み合わせた。
【０００９】 サンクリーム (Sun cream) 蒸留水 qsp １，２−プロパンジオール 2.50 エトキシル化ステアリン酸、100EO 2.00 エトキシル化ステアリン酸、 30EO 2.20 オルトリン酸 0.09 硫酸マグネシウム 0.50 銅ピロリドンカルボキシレート 0.20 水酸化ナトリウム 0.74 フェニルベンズイミダゾールスルホン酸 3.00 デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン 4.00 硬化ココナツ油 8.00 ゴマ油 6.00 ペンタエリトリトールステアレート 5.00 パラメトキシケイ皮酸エチルヘキシル 4.00 グリセリルモノステアレート 4.00 シアバター 3.00 tert−ブチルメトキシジベンゾイルメタン 3.00 カルナウバワックス 2.00 オレイン酸デシル 2.00 保存料 1.20 海水 4.00 ディギニア（Diginea)抽出物 1.00 香料 0.30 純銅線と組み合わせた。
【００１０】これらの実施例は、本発明によれば、金属
塩とその対応する金属と組み合わせる他の可能性に関し
ての制限がないことは明らかである。

【発明の効果】 本発明によれば、水性媒体中に水溶性
金属塩およびこの水溶性金属塩に対応する金属を含み、
互いに接触させた化粧用組成物から成る安定した酸化還
元電位を有する化粧用製品を提供することができる。本
発明の化粧用製品の酸化還元電位の安定性は、例えば化
粧用組成物の性質、特に生理学的性質を非常に良く保持
することができる。

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 水性媒体中に水溶性金属塩およびこの水
    溶性金属塩に対応する金属を含み、互いに接触させた化
    粧用組成物から成る安定した酸化還元電位を有する化粧
    用製品。
  2. 【請求項２】 水溶性金属塩が金属錯体である請求項１
    記載の化粧用製品。
  3. 【請求項３】 金属錯体がアンモニア溶液、ＥＤＴＡ、
    ＨＥＤＴＡ、ＤＴＰＡ、オロチン酸、尿酸、フィチン
    酸、エチドロニック・アシッド、およびそれらの塩から
    選ばれる生成物を用いて形成された錯体である請求項２
    記載の化粧用製品。
  4. 【請求項４】 水溶性金属塩の割合が金属として表すと
    き10ppm ないし１％の間である請求項１記載の化粧用製
    品。
  5. 【請求項５】 水溶性金属塩に対応する金属が亜鉛、
    銅、鉄、モリブデン、バナジウム、セレニウム、ニッケ
    ル、マンガンおよびチタンから成る群から選ばれる請求
    項１記載の化粧用製品。
  6. 【請求項６】 金属が化粧用組成物中に分散された粉末
    状である請求項１記載の化粧用製品。
  7. 【請求項７】 金属が化粧用組成物中に分散された顆粒
    状である請求項１記載の化粧用製品。
  8. 【請求項８】 金属が化粧用製品の容器を密封するため
    の装置に結合した線である請求項１記載の化粧用製品。
  9. 【請求項９】 金属が化粧用製品の容器の一部を構成す
    る請求項１記載の化粧用製品。
  10. 【請求項１０】 金属が化粧用組成物を皮膚および／ま
    たは爪、毛髪などの表皮性産物に適用するための成分の
    形である請求項１記載の化粧用製品。
