【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、歯磨剤に関し、更に
詳しくは抗菌作用を有する歯磨剤に係わる。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、歯磨剤は、主に研磨剤，発泡剤，
香味剤，潤滑剤，粘結剤，薬効成分等の成分から構成さ
れている。近年、特に歯磨剤は抗菌性を備える製品が開
発されており、その抗菌性を発揮する物質として、例え
ばパラベン，クロルヘキシジン，ヒノキチオール，プロ
タミン等の有機系物質や、食塩等が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、上記し
たような抗菌性物質を配合して成る歯磨剤にあっては、
周知のように、毒性，安定性の点や味覚の点で問題点を
有している。
【０００４】特に、従来の抗菌性物質は、熱に弱く殆ど
が水に溶解する物質であるため、熱加工が困難であり、
長期間安全に使用できるものが少ない。
【０００５】また、銀，銅及び亜鉛などの金属及びそれ
らの塩が強い抗菌力を有することは知られているが、こ
れらを安全に歯磨に配合させることはできず、金属イオ
ンの溶出が多く、従って毒性が出やすい問題点があっ
た。
【０００６】本発明は、このような問題点に着目して創
案されたものであって、安全性及び安定性を有し、且つ
抗菌作用を有する歯磨剤を得んとするものである。
【０００７】
【課題を解決するための手段及び作用】そこで、請求項
１に記載の発明は、歯磨剤の組成中に、リン酸１水素カ
ルシウム，リン酸３カルシウム，２リン酸カルシウム，
炭酸カルシウムのうち少なくとも一つから成る粉末状の
カルシウム化合物を研摩材として配合し、前記カルシウ
ム配合物は、抗菌性金属として銀，銅，亜鉛のうち少な
くとも一つを、イオン交換，吸着のうち少なくとも一方
により担持させたことを、その解決手段としている。
【０００８】請求項２記載の発明では、前記抗菌性金属
は、前記カルシウム配合物中に３０重量％未満配合され
たことを、その解決手段としている。
【０００９】請求項３記載の発明では、前記抗菌性金属
は、前記カルシウム配合物中に０．０００１〜５重量％
の範囲で配合されたことを、その解決手段としている。
【００１０】リン酸１水素カルシウムＣａＨＰＯ4・Ｏ
〜２Ｈ2Ｏ，リン酸３カルシウムＣａ3（ＰＯ4）2，２リ
ン酸カルシウムＣａ2Ｐ2Ｏ7及び，炭酸カルシウムＣａ
ＣＯ3は従来より歯磨きの研磨剤として用いられてお
り、これらのリン酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシウムに、
銀，亜鉛，銅等の抗菌性金属をイオン交換及び／又は吸
着させた抗菌剤を用いることにより、虫歯予防と歯槽膿
漏などの歯周病の予防作用を付加することができる。
【００１１】抗菌性リン酸１水素カルシウムの合成方法
は、リン酸１水素カルシウムを懸濁させた水溶液中に硝
酸銀や硫酸銀などの抗菌性金属塩を添加して撹拌した
後、生成物を洗浄、脱水、乾燥して得ることができる。
抗菌性リン酸３カルシウム，抗菌性２リン酸カルシウ
ム，抗菌性炭酸カルシウムについても同様の方法で得る
ことができる。
【００１２】また、これらリン酸カルシウム又は炭酸カ
ルシウムに担持させる抗菌性金属の量は、使用する抗菌
性金属塩の種類、処理溶液の濃度、温度などにより任意
に選択することができる。特に、金属塩の量はこれらリ
ン酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシウムに対して３０％以
下、好ましくは５〜０．０００１％程度がよい。
【００１３】このようにして得られた抗菌性リン酸カル
シウムまたは抗菌性炭酸カルシウムは長期間抗菌性を保
持し、水に対する金属の溶出量も数ｐｐｂ以下で、安全
に使用され、歯磨組成物に少量配合することにより充分
な抗菌力を発揮し、人体に対する親和性を持たせること
ができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明に係る歯磨剤の詳細を実施例に
基づいて説明する。なお、実施例は、その組成を重量％
で示す。
【００１５】（実施例１）練歯磨剤 銀０．１％含有 抗菌性リン酸１水素カルシウム ４１．０重量％ グリセリン ２０．０ カラギーナン １．１ ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム １．５ サッカリン １．０ 香料 １．０ パラオキシ安息香酸ブチル ０．００５ 水 残 （実施例２）練歯磨剤 銀２％、亜鉛３％含有 抗菌性リン酸３カルシウム ３．０重量％ 水酸化アルミニウム ３７．０ カルボキシメチルセルロース １．３ ソルビット １９．０ プロピレングリコール ２．０ ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム １．０ サッカリンナトリウム １．０ 香料 １．１ パラオキシ安息香酸ブチル ０．００５ 水 残 （実施例３）練歯磨剤 銀１％、亜鉛２％含有 抗菌性２リン酸カルシウム ４２．０重量％ ラウリル硫酸カルシウム １．２ ソジウムラウルロイルザルコシネート ０．２ グリセリン ２０．０ カラギーナン １．１ ショ糖脂肪酸エステル ２．０ 香料 １．２ 水 残 （実施例４）粉歯磨剤 銀０．００１％含有 抗菌性炭酸カルシウム ７５．０重量％ グリセリン １０．０ 香料 １．０ パラオキシ安息香酸ブチル ０．００５ ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム １．３ サッカリン ０．１ 水 残 （抗菌性試験） 実施例１〜４の歯磨剤について、虫歯菌であるストレプ
トコッカス ミュータンスｔｙｐｅＧ、ストレプトコッ
カス サンギス、歯周病菌であるアクチノバチラス・ア
クチノマイセタミコミタントＹ４、バクテロイデェス・
ジンジバイラスに対する抗菌力試験を行なった。又、比
較として、実施例１）で使用している抗菌性リン酸１水
素カルシウムを、金属塩を担持させていない通常のリン
酸１水素カルシウムに代えた以外は同様の組成で作成し
た歯磨剤を使用して抗菌性試験を行なった。
【００１８】実施例１〜４、及び比較試験用に作成した
歯磨剤をそれぞれ１ｇを、それぞれの菌液１０ｍｌ中に
添加し、シェークフラスコ法により抗菌力を測定した。

【表１】 この結果より、虫歯、及び歯槽膿漏などの歯周病に関わ
る菌に対して抗菌力があることがわかる。又、金属の溶
出試験を行なった結果、Ａｇ，Ｚｎ，Ｃｕの溶出は認め
られなかった。
【００２０】以上、各実施例の組成及び試験結果につい
て説明したが、本発明は、これらに限定されるものでは
なく、各種の組成変更が可能である。例えば、上記実施
例１においては、リン酸化１水素カルシウムに銀を０．
１％含有させたものを用いたが、銅，亜鉛等を含有させ
たものを用いても勿論よい。これと同様に、実施例２，
３，４においても抗菌性金属は変更可能である。

【発明の効果】以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明
に係る歯磨剤にあっては、抗菌性を有する効果がある。
【００２２】また、抗菌性金属をリン酸カルシウム又は
炭酸カルシウムに担持させているため、分子構造の安定
性を有し、毒性の発生を防止し、且つ長期保存性を備え
る効果がある。
【００２３】このため、本発明に係る歯磨剤は、虫歯
菌，歯周病菌等を防止する効果を奏する。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 リン酸１水素カルシウム，リン酸３カル
    シウム，２リン酸カルシウム，炭酸カルシウムのうち少
    なくとも一つから成る粉末状のカルシウム化合物を研摩
    材として配合し、 前記カルシウム配合物は、抗菌性金属として銀，銅，亜
    鉛のうち少なくとも一つを、イオン交換，吸着のうち少
    なくとも一方により担持させた ことを特徴とする歯磨
    剤。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記抗菌性金属は、前記カルシウム配合
    物中に３０重量％未満配合されたことを特徴とする請求
    項１記載の歯磨剤。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記抗菌性金属は、前記カルシウム配合
    物中に０．０００１〜５重量％の範囲で配合されたこと
    を特徴とする請求項２記載の歯磨剤。
